If you don't know, NOW YOU KNOW! Doug competed in the IFPA Yorton Cup this weekend (which is probably considered the top contest for the IFPA) and placed 1st overall for Men's Bodybuilding! I wasn't able to make it to the contest this year, but I did hear all about it from people that were at the show. I'm sure Doug and his wife Steph are enjoying their post-contest time together and will be back on the boards to share some pictures with us all from the show.

Doug, you've got the epitome of a natural bodybuilding physique that I continue to strive for every day in the gym. Congrats to you and your wife for a great showing and I can't wait to see some pics! From what I heard, they are simply jaw-dropping!

Yah can't say I am very surprised, I have never seen anything like Doug Miller in natural bodybuilding, the man's a Freak!

Agreed! After seeing the pics from his last show, I couldn't see another physique taking his down unless he just completely messed something up somehow (which I knew he wouldn't). The balance, the muscularity, the level of leanness, are things I strive for on a daily basis

Great job again you two! Kera and I will be looking to do the same thing this coming contest season!

WOW! What an accomplishment. No suprise though honestly, I love following his logs. His supreme dedication is what makes him the elite athlete he is, nothing else.
