After I am done recovering and aint such a sissy boy :wave2: I will be throwing up a log here in about a week. Goal, add 20lbs in 60 days. about a month in maybe when I can actually lift lol! Which gym we talking bout btw?

I can get you into mine with some free passes. I have cancelled my membership though, and in about 1 1/2 months I will be a member of ymca. I'll be saving 15 dollars a month and have a pool and courts! Where do you think your bench and squat are at right now? I need to know how hard I have to push myself in the next month, haha.

I cant throw those numbers up on here, I would lose all masculinity. LOL j/k. You wont have to push hard bro, I will be happy if things balance off with my bench being 180, and my squats going over 300 again. I lost all muscle tone :raincloud: nothin fancy.

I am 150 lbs atm :684:

Next time I am messed up, I am injecting myself with speed and lifting.

Damn dude.... 300 squat is pretty ****ing hardcore if you ask me. I think my squat atm is only like 235, lmao. Pretty much the same as my bench... yikes. Embarassing.

Nah bro. right now starting back up my bench is about 130ish (thats embarrassing my friend). my squats have been massive before, but my arms always lagged. Even after coming back my squat is 200ish. smaller upper body, large lower. Back in HS I almost hit 400 Squat, and I weighed 130 at that time. But I was benching like 115.

I am just designed weird :dunno:

I wish I could bench 235 lol. *orders 20 amps of test* .....about that benching 235.... :wave2:
 
Mein Tiel by Rammstein. I guess it makes sense kind of with the eating, but its creepy anyway and confusing. My favorite pumpup song though. Sorry cant post links but its so easy to find on youtube.
