Also!!! For back strength start with goodmornings! You should be able to do half of what your squat max is. Cable rows are another to work on. Straight bar with the hammer grip rings. Put lower back in it too

Just don't look down! Bad things happen.
 
Look them up. Slight bend in legs... Look up, keep back straight. Bar on upper back. Lean forward and back up

It's a lower back exercise. You should have it up to par
 
You don't need one bubba,that was just to show the form. Regular Oly bar works just as well.
 
I do have to say that a are all benefiting from AB getting power lifting training and I like it!!!

Date got pushed out another 2 weeks, instead of tomorrow, so my lawyer and the DA can come to some sort of resolution. I love to procrastinate so it all feels very natural lol. I think it's going to work out pretty good, but still hoping for the best and preparing for the worst.

It's definitely Apple, but that isn't to say melonberry cooler isn't awesome. Apple is just the best tasting PWO I've ever had. This log is gonna go for days lol, I have a boatload of the stuff.

Start with very light weight,high reps and slow. Build up some strength and confidence in the form and then work the weight up.

No Condense today due to deload. It will have that kick once I start heavy again.

Sent out a sample of Condense to a buddy of mine from another board and this is what he had to say.

I got the apple sample that Doja sent me (to the PL reps)

no joke.. this stuff is strong. i took the full packet, and 20-30 minutes after i was wired from 2:30 p.m. and i still am now and its 5:15 and i am eating my post-workout meal.

Focus was good, energy was great and the best part was no jitters,
No creatine, no BA, but not overly stimmed out product that can cause back effects.

I have to say the flavoring was very smooth, its like i took a bite out of an apple off a tree with a slight tart flavoring.

Overall THANK YOU DOJA and Purus this was a great tasting and quality product that helped me max out on squat!

10-19 Cycle 3 Week 1 Bench

Really good start to cycle 3. I've been cutting for the 8 days of deload and am at 184lbs. I feel leaner and strength is on point. Gonna go back up to a surplus for the work weeks. Proud to say I got my serratus back. I got a bit gassed for curls but all in all I'm very pleased with today's workout. Haven't taken condense for a week so it really had that kick today, and pumps were absolutely epic.
