Also!!! For back strength start with goodmornings! You should be able to do half of what your squat max is. Cable rows are another to work on. Straight bar with the hammer grip rings. Put lower back in it too

I got the apple sample that Doja sent me (to the PL reps)
no joke.. this stuff is strong. i took the full packet, and 20-30 minutes after i was wired from 2:30 p.m. and i still am now and its 5:15 and i am eating my post-workout meal.
Focus was good, energy was great and the best part was no jitters,
No creatine, no BA, but not overly stimmed out product that can cause back effects.
I have to say the flavoring was very smooth, its like i took a bite out of an apple off a tree with a slight tart flavoring.
Overall THANK YOU DOJA and Purus this was a great tasting and quality product that helped me max out on squat!
