Comprehensive PCT AI gets Primordial with a Phytoserms kicker

how long has it been since you ended your epi cycle? Sometimes the drug remains in the system for two weeks(yes even orals) into pct and that is why people still can make nice gains.

I had considered this also, that there must be some residual effects...


Not as good a night last night, I was still pretty strong but gave my hamstring a pull doing 150 lb leg curls so had to shut that down, I still got 3 sets in though. Everything else went ok but no increases in strength. I think that my sore elbows had a lot to do with that as well.

I weighed in and was down to 146, I believe I am holding a bit less water.

No it's hard to get here, I would have to order it online. I also ran out of Cissus and super Cissus is the only product that really works for me so far. Montreal and Quebec is the worst place to get health supplements, it's just not big business here.

Yah but I don't think Wal-Mart here carries the same stuff, what product in particular does your Wal-Mart sell.... brand name ?

It's called Blue Goo. And it works..........very well. It's done wonders for my old knees and elbows.
 
That or Blue Emu Doug, both work very well and are at Wal Mart and/or CVS/Walgreens if you have those it Canada.
 
Ya, we have them in canada but they don't seem to carry alot of the good stuff that yours do....BOOO!!!!
 
It seems to only help me short term, like the first 3-4 days of using it. But it does help for those few days at least
 
Please do....As twice a year my joints seem to start acting up.

Quick workout last night just a mirror of day 1 with more reps and 4 sets 8 instead of 5 sets of 5...

Inclines felt really tight so I started off light but was up to 215 for 8 at the end. Tbars I worked with 4.5 plates which was pretty challenging. I did 135 for push press and 630 for leg press. Not a bad day strength is holding.

Weight stayed the same 246...

sometimes them short and sweet workouts are the best for muscle growth, high intensity in a short period of time. Leg days feel like they take forever, back too sometimes

So many muscle groups there, often I will just do legs by themselves...
 
Damn I keep getting stronger. Up another 10 lbs on incline bench, this was most unexpected. 245 has me only 30 lb away from my better lifts.

Leg press was very good too at 720 which is good for this particular machine.

I managed to work myself up to 6 plates on tbars but only got 3 pretty sloppy reps but it's by far the most I have ever done.

Push press was a war as I was getting pretty tired and was missing reps at the end.

N2KTS is a decent product but my resistance is too high and even 2 scoops did not really have me all that stimmed. The effect seem to last longer though.

Yah I am trying to limit stim intake but I am learning a new programming language and I'm 52 so I need a boost once in a while.

I am as shocked as anyone about the workouts. Plus I think my shoulder is getting better, now it's more range than strength that is the problem.
 
Dreamweaver, how are you dosing your PCT products. I am very interested in this. I am about two weeks away from PCT from 4 weeks of Chlorothoxy/and 4 weeks of Epi-Strong back to back (total 8 weeks). I have HcGenerate/Formastanzol/Phytoserms/Post Cycle/Creatine, for my PCT. I have been lucky enough that I have never had to use a serm. I have done plenty of cycles and always rebounded good. I am getting up there in age and would like to add some additional products. I was looking into DAA, the Testosterone Recovery Stack, and AI products. Any feedback would be appreciated..SJ

Leg curl I did start at lower weight to make sure the pull I had last week is gone. The key with all this extra mass I am carrying is extra hydration. Some workouts I am taking in as much as 2 litres. Worked my way back to 150.

Standing calf raise 300 X 5 for 4 sets...

Decline tri ext 135 X 5 for 4 nice form...

Obar curls 155 X 5 for 4 good form as well

Cleans 185 X 5 for 4 I think this is the first time I got all my reps, I suck at cleans.

Yah that's what it's all about hard on the Joints though. I will finish up my PCT then do a deload and then it's HST time again but this time I am not going to push the envelope the way I have been. I'm destroying myself, I have to start conentrating more in form and maybe slow down the reps a bit and allow my joints to recover some.

I am looking back at what I have put myself through since the summer and it's a wonder I'm still standing... seriously. :surprised:

If I don't smarten up I'm going to do something that will have me sidelined then how much will I be doing ... nada...:sick:

Well PCT is just about done and Xmas took it's toll I plan on taking the rest of this week off but do about 8 hours total on the elliptical. I did one hour already this morning. Next week will be a deload in preparation for my massive Natty stack and HST. My HST run will concentrate on good form and slower reps for the most part. I have 4 bottles of Cissus coming so this should get my joints ready for the carnage this spring.

Great PCT will do something similar next time... Libido is sky high and I am feeling quite a bit better. I am off work till next Tuesday so plan on getting tons of rest.

I start Dosing my natty stack on Friday, it's going to be a really wild 8 week run. You're not going to want to miss this one.

Yah one's brewing started the dosing Friday ...

Lets finish this PCT by saying that I weigh 248 which is 1 pound more than when I started. I may have added a couple pounds water and fat during the holidays though. I spent 7 hours on the elliptical last week so some of the damage was held in check.

I will create a new log and hook you guys up with it here. It's going to to a wild one I think. Madness...
