What are the current goals?!
I am beginning a slow lean out and lean mass gain for the next several months. I guess you would say a very lean bulk.
Right on! Whats the overall training protocol? Nutritional protocol? Supplements?
Currently I am using the Optimum Volume Training by Thibaudeau (its an off-shoot of GVT). Nutrition is 2300cals at 230g Pro, 120g Carbs, 105g Fats. Carbs coming mostly around training. Supplements staples are OL Conquer Unleashed, Ergonine, Vitamin sup and protein powder. I am also currently using Carderine, liver detox, and prostate support. I am looking to do a new PH cycle soon so gearing up for that.
NICE! If your starting a PH cycle AND focusing on a slow lean gaining phase, its a prime time to throw in an overreaching phase of training and really increase insulin sensitivity and nutrient partitioning

I will be moving into a John Meadows program and training 5-6 (maybe 7 days) per week during that time. Should really be over-reaching at that point!
I don't even know how I am not in this thing already. Here for my boy!
Mom is still in Critical Care but still stable. They have been able to lower the O2 level on the ventilator, which is good. They have a bronchoscopy scheduled today. Hopefully it will give more insight into what exactly is going on.
Happy to hear she is improving. Hopefully they get it all squared away and she makes a full recovery!

The workouts are helping with stress so much.
I am going to be switching from OVT to a Daily Undulating Periodized Hypertrophy program- thanks to BeastFitness. I will be running this for 10 weeks while I am logging Sparta Nutrition's Cerberus product!
