Decent results, lost like around 4-5lbs in those 2 weeks, and like 2-3lbs in the off weeks did, ran its 3 times, this was a estimate around 18-24lbs in 12 weeks. This was with clean diet 2200cal and 6x week cardio 1 day off
Wen I mean no high intensity, dont go crazy at the treadmill, its gonna be hard for your heart becuase the clen attaches to you heart muscles, thats why it beats faster...also split clen dosage, take am and early afternoon, dont past 4 or 5pm if not you wont go to sleep. Id took mines at 7am after my cardio and then again at 1pm.
NO STIMS, NOTHING THAT HAS CAFFEINE. clen will have you on the edge (even scares me)
