OK i have been training for about two years now currently in week 12 of test CYP at 600mg per week. I train 5 days a week just do really limited cardio because I want to gain mass. I started at 208 and am currently at 226. My diet consists of chicken,fish,greens,eggs and oat meal I have a cheat day once a week were I eat what ever I want but do so in moderation. I take 3 protein shakes a day also take daily vitamin, 5mg creatine mono, fish oil, and milk thistle. As for the CLEN I have don some reading on it and was planning on upping protein to double my body weight to help protect against muscle damage. Just wanted to know if those should be stacked together or could I just run CLEN to help jump start cutting some fat.
