Clen T3 cycle questions

I'm looking to do a cycle of CLEN stacked with T3. Can someone please give me advise on this stack such as dosages and how long I should take it. I'm 5'11" 220 pounds body fat is around 19%. I'm looking to get rid of stubborn belly fat. Thanks for the help.
 
You need to run an anabolic if your going to use t3 but you need to get your bodyfat down to about 15 % otherwise your wasting clen and t3 . It works but dosent just choose fat. Look for my guide on keto for clen dosages and cycle lenghts.

How long have you been training?hows your diet look? These are things you need to answer before starting a weight loss stack like this.
 
At 19% bf diet alone will give you great results...no need for clen until you drop bf if anything try the EC stack

Before EC...he must be taught in the arts of diet, proper training, patience, metabolic knowledge and to think like a proper part of this community and STOP trying to rush to leanness with dangerous stuff that will most likely yield mediocre results without the aforementioned requirements and merely threaten his health. But this is how many overweight individuals think.

I agree.If you can get to 10-12% yourself and maintain it then maybe try caffeine by itself in a high dose or yohimbe.After that maybe EC,then clen+t3 or if you do it properly DNP.But only if you really know what oyur doing.

I didn't need EC stack or clen+t3 to get to 7% ;p and all the way from 30% in like 8 months...if I can...believe me , then ANYONE can :).

I believe you man don't worry.Some of us(namely myself) when we get to about 10% just use some gear to get to 7-8%.Got to 9% when I was 18 briefly for about 2 weeks.Hard as hell.

OP just diet hard and train hard,educate on ph's,aas,fat loss drugs and then decide what you really want to do.If you need to ask what do I take on cycle,how to adjust kcal,risks ect....your not ready.Plus if you didn't know what a poster above has said about t3 burning tissiue indiscriminately(muscle or fat) then your definately not ready.

If you intend to run an injectible cycle along with clen and t3 then thats fine but by themselves.......no.Personally I wouldn't run clen.......don't want to kill my heart cells.

Heck I don't see anything wrong with people sometimes using AAS PH/DS for getting that last bit of fat gone while keeping/building mass, as long as they are of age, know what they are doing, go carefully about it and have experience on this (while also being close to genetic potential) heck that's what they are for right? Getting your goals when they are so close to your genetical boundaries, and sometimes burning fat and getting past that bit of "extra" mass you need to beat that standard is fine haha, but like I said, it takes TIME to get there, and they are not doing it for a "sprint to a good physique" , they are doing it for that last bit after YEARS of working hard at it with persistence and patience!
 
OK i have been training for about two years now currently in week 12 of test CYP at 600mg per week. I train 5 days a week just do really limited cardio because I want to gain mass. I started at 208 and am currently at 226. My diet consists of chicken,fish,greens,eggs and oat meal I have a cheat day once a week were I eat what ever I want but do so in moderation. I take 3 protein shakes a day also take daily vitamin, 5mg creatine mono, fish oil, and milk thistle. As for the CLEN I have don some reading on it and was planning on upping protein to double my body weight to help protect against muscle damage. Just wanted to know if those should be stacked together or could I just run CLEN to help jump start cutting some fat.

Clen alone will work fine. Whats your calorie intake per day?
 
Not really sure haven't really tracked that because I have just been focusing on size. I plan on starting. The only fatty area I have is in the belly so I'm looking to get that under control using the CLEN

So I ran that this past week and am now taking 2 pills. So.....here's the kicker guy calls an says; "sorry I was wrong those t3 are 60mcg" so obviously I'm pissed an more importantly I'm concerned that I started to high. With that being said I have read numerous threads stating that 50mcg is the lowest you should start. Also I'm into my 2nd week now and feel like Ive lost water weight but actual fat I'm not convinced, I have no sweats at all, not going to bathroom more in fact its hard to go at all which started once i began the cycle?? Only side I feel is being extremely tired on somedays but it's not consistent. Oh, and my libido it through the roof for some reason but I suspect it's from the t3..............thoughts? Thanks ahead

Seriously...drop those 2 , and eat something...186lbs at 6'1"??? You are only gonna hurt yourself in this stack since you clearly lack knowledge of the way this 2 work or how to use them...you should do 2 weeks on 2 weeks of from clen , as the "advanced" version of clen with ketotifen in a pyramidal way is just a way for asking for trouble, specially at low BMI standards like yours...furthermore you are literally gonna just keep burning off whatever amount of muscle you have...better run a recomp in a more natural enviroment :/ I say this with concern for your stats and the misdosage of T3...this is dangerous stuff bro...there are better ways for your goals and stats.
 
I'm not sure where you got the 186lbs? I'm currently at 212 and per your comment I intend on running 2 on 2 off with the clen if you will read again it says I'm on my second week. That being said I do in fact have a good bit of knowledge about these compounds I'm just simply asking if anyone has input on starting on 60mcg which happened obviously because I was misinformed of the dosage by the guy so this was clearly not done intentionally by me. Do you recommend coming off even slower than normal do to a faster ladder phase?

I merely read your stats shown on the left of this post lol...Thought that was current weight my bad. I would recommend to come tapper it down , I mean come off it slowly and then , if you know your response to T3 then yeah build it up to that, as for the clen , damn that really depends on how you handle it bro. Pair up an anabolic with this :/ T3 burns weight indiscriminately from both LBM and fat :S
 
Sorry confused, What do you mean come off and then work back up to tolerated dosage of t3? Are you saying to stop and start again?? Also, you have an thoughts as to why I'm not using bathroom more or sweating much?

Yeah...thought you meant you were gonna take the t3 off due to high dosage hiccup before, if you are not just keep at it :/...just watch the reaction it gives yah and if you can tolerate higher and burn fat and not that much muscle then go for it , and hm...as for the bathroom I do not know. Pyro!! You have more knowledge of t3 than I do , is this t3 or clen related?
 
Well t3 speeds up metabolism an in turn make trips 2 bathroom more frequent because of the faster processing of food intake (for most anyway) but its actually been the opposite for me this round....odd. Also this may be unbelievable to most but I've actually put on more shape since I've started and not having much of an issue with flat muscles. Oddly it has a bit of an anavar effect on me if I could make a comparison.....

High misdosage of t3 could cause thyroid shutdown , get a thyroid panel to confirm and look into this, messing with one's thyroid is no game bro...
 
Sorry for jumping on the thread man I jus saw the topic and wanted input as well. With that said here is clen/t3 cycle that was on another board with some very interesting points. One being the starting dose of t3 (which makes me feel better about how I started) check this cycle out. I don't plan on going this high as this def aggressive but otherwise it looks good



Clen/T3 Cutting Cycle...
This is a 6 week cycle :

Clen is taken 1 week on / one week off:

As in my experience it is more effective this way:

A mild anabolic of 50mg of Winstrol ED, Anavar at
40mg ED or Test Prop at 50mg ED or 100mg EOD is
recommended to preserve muscle lose and fight of
a catabolic state that T3 can cause. You could also
use longer ester testosterone , but they will take much
longer to kick in to be effective.

Start T3 at 50mcg as any lower makes no sense since
your body should be producing between 20mcg-25mcg
daily naturally... Clen doses use as a guideline along with
the T3 doses, everyone has different tolerances for both,
but this is was very effective for me...

You can use a simple ECA stack during your off weeks in the
place of Clen if you want to help with the fat burning progress...
Your diet should be fairly high in protein, moderate carbs with
no sugars and moderate fat intake... You may also want to add
a source of EFA's like a flax seen oil to your diet during this time...
Also Clen is known to cause alot of muscle cramping... Also I start
off week three at the same dose I finished with at the end of week
one... Again all depends on your tolerance to the drug, you may
want to start a little lower for a few days before going right back
to your maximum dose.

Drink more water along with taking extra minerals and potassium
and 2-3 grams ED of the amino acid L-Taurine is recommended if
cramping is really a problem... Also take your Clen and T3 in two
divided doses during the day... Also to give you an idea my daily
calorie intake was probably about 1,000 to 1,200 lower then normal
for this entire time...

BTW when I ran this cycle I was running 900mg week of Test Cyp
as my only anabolic right at the end of a bulking cycle... My results
is I went from a chunky, but thick as a bull 240lbs to a fairly hard 212lbs
or so in only 6 weeks... Again adjust the doses to fit your tolerance...
At these doses you will be sweating and hot all day long... Plan on
losing some muscle mass even with the anabolics...
