Today ended up being an off day for me. So I'm going to do chest tomorrow in the am with cardio and back in the pm with more cardio.
 
I'm typing this for Christine while she licks chocolate off of her fingers.
 
LOL thats what I said!!! I was just to tired to get anything from the training. My body said nope, uh uh no way chicka! So I'm doubling it tomorrow.

Did cardio.
Back day.
We started with pull ups x 10 for 4 sets as a warm up.

Then we did bent over dumbell rows x 15 supersetted with 30 crunches for 4 sets.

Then we did pop squats balance on dumbells and on the way up we took the dumbells up for deads for 15 reps x 4 sets.

Then we did a triple circuit of single armed cable pulldowns for 10 an arm and went to seated rope pulls to the chest with 75lbs x 10 and then did 6 reverse grip pulldowns at 90lbs. We did the usual 4 sets of this one.

Then we did 15 hyper extensions for 4 sets..and a few other things:) Looks like chest day will be Sat maybe. As she forgot to send my routine..lol.

Do you know what's impressive? We bought her a sexy new workout top...yet as soon as she tried it on she realized if she wore it on a back day she would completely tear out the seams - so she had to change.

Damn, I am hot now.

Arm day...Arm day was awesome. I had energy galore and i was sweating like crazy.

We started with tricep pulldowns x 15 supersetted with 15 ez bar curls x 15 with 20 crunches. we did 5 sets. Well I did 5 sets. I trained with all guys tinite and she had to babysit them so she had me do an extra set, then after I did it she remembered whoops you did an extra set..lol

Then we did barbell overhead extension x 15 then we did seated curls x 15 and then we did 50 mountain climbers..4 sets.

Then we did something that kicked my ass. We did walkouts into a push up and walked back in and on the way up we grabbed our bumbells and brought them up into a hammer curl..we did 10 of these for 3 sets. My heart was racing!!

Then we did reverse grip barbell curls with thumb over the bar for forearms x 15 and went to the seated cable row machine and took the bar and layed down with our chin tucked up and curled 40lbs x 15.

I did a few other thinga and went and hit 15 min of uphill cardio!! We also did dragon flag in one of the
supersets x 15..4 times.

We also did 20 bench dips with feel up also and did a superset of supinated curls x15 for 4 sets also.
 
Wow... Great work! I'm glad you had awesome energy today, if you have a surplus tomorow, I could use some, damn cold!

Eh, I'm feeling better now (7:20 pm) but I didn't sleep well at all last night and I was not having fun breathing this morning, i *think* I'm on the way back to better though. Thanks :)

We did step ups holding 2 20lb dumbells 15 per leg supersetted with 10 80lb leg curls for 4 sets.

Then we did 15 barbell stiff legged deads x 15 and did 10 70 lb leg extensions x 4 sets.

Then we hit 2 sets of 15 per leg barbell lunges then we did 2 sets of reverse barbell lunges , 15 per leg.

Then we did 10 per leg of one front lunge straight to a back lung with barbells. 4 sets 10 per leg.

Then we did no weight lunges 10 per leg, 4 sets.

We did 4 sets of 30 calves and walking lunges...yep it was lunge day!!

I think I might incorporate some of your leg day into my own. I think that I could benefit from step-ups and lunges. both of those target quads mostly or hit hams and calves as well?
 
Yet another scary brutal workout! My legs are killin me enough from these stairs the last few days. Starting the drive back home to california on saturday, so i'll be MIA for a while starting friday/saturday most likely. best of luck starting that contest diet!
