Today ended up being an off day for me. So I'm going to do chest tomorrow in the am with cardio and back in the pm with more cardio.
I'm typing this for Christine while she licks chocolate off of her fingers.

Eh, I'm feeling better now (7:20 pm) but I didn't sleep well at all last night and I was not having fun breathing this morning, i *think* I'm on the way back to better though. Thanks

yep it was lunge day!!
Leg day..started with 15 min of cardio.
We did step ups holding 2 20lb dumbells 15 per leg supersetted with 10 80lb leg curls for 4 sets.
Then we did 15 barbell stiff legged deads x 15 and did 10 70 lb leg extensions x 4 sets.
Then we hit 2 sets of 15 per leg barbell lunges then we did 2 sets of reverse barbell lunges , 15 per leg.
Then we did 10 per leg of one front lunge straight to a back lung with barbells. 4 sets 10 per leg.
Then we did no weight lunges 10 per leg, 4 sets.
We did 4 sets of 30 calves and walking lunges...yep it was lunge day!!
