I have been dealing with tendonitis in my shoulder for 2 months now. I'm taking Mega doses of Vit C. Omega Fats, but don't want to take advil on a daily basis (destroys muscle).
Has anyone found this to help with shoulder pain?

I had a sore shoulder from throwing and about 5 days after starting cissus there was no pain. So it would be worth a shot in my opinion

I recommend formal evaluation by a doctor. First step would be to ice 2-3x per day, a possible trial of anti-inflammatories and of course rest. If there is truly structural damage, there is nothing a supplement can do to heal it. See a doc for sure.

2 Months??? Well I would try Cissus at 6 caps per day spread out evenly at 2 caps in the AM, midday and PM. If that doesn't work you may need to see an orthopedic surgeon to make sure it doesn't get worse with time.

I have had it checked and was told it was bursitis/bicipital tendonitis. Elec stim/ultra sound/ chiro manipulation has done jack.

The only sure fire cure for tendonitis I found is, stop using your arm !!!!!! I had it very bad before surgery on my shoulder along with a bunch of other problems, I seriously had to stop using my arm, no lifting squat for months, but if you have a mild case you can to the therapeutic exercises with the bands and in time it will heal, if you have a tear it will take longer, lots longer unless you have it repaired by surgery. Cissus will help to some degree but will not cure it, only letting it rest will help it heal, it sucks but thats what has to happen.
