cissus dosing at 12 caps a day

I have been taking 7 caps of cissus per day and am currently cutting. I would like to bump it up to about 12 per day for about 15 days. I know USP recommends 3 in morning, 3 pre and 3 post workout for 9 caps per day. Is 3x4 or 4x3 best for 12 caps per day? Is there any benefit to taking a dose before bed?

More important to take cAMPHIBOLIC before bed but no harm in taking cissus at night. If you decide on 9 or 12 just space the dosing around the morning dose.

I thought SM had concluded that 1600mg was an effective dose, which they reported as their own testing results. If I'm wrong, what IS the best dose per day of pure Cissus Quad powder for a male?

Cissus in cAMP is dosed around 1600mg. This dose obviously worked because people began reporting the healing effect from cAMPHIBOLIC which is a weight loss/muscle retention formula.

THe anabolic effect and PUMP is felt at above 2 grams but each person is dose dependant.

Alright, I think I'll try 10 caps per day with 3 in the morning, 4 preworkout, and 3 post. I'd like to try cAMP as well, but am broke and had EC on hand. I've been taking been cissus at 7 caps daily for about 3 weeks. Between the EC preworkout and cissus, my strength has increased while cutting. Set a PR at 2 reps of 315 on incline yesterday.

No Need To Cycle

Should cissus be cycled?
Nope, there is no need to cycle Cissus. I plan on using it forever to tell you the truth. It has really brought nothing but the utmost positive outlook on my training.

Congrats on the new PR, that's excellent!! That plan sounds like it will work well and I wish you the best of luck with it. I know you will like the results you will see.

Yeah, CissusRX will be a staple in my supplement regimen right along side my multi and Uni-Liver...the stuff is that good.

I was hoping that cissus would be able to help. My cortisol levels are already low (fun job, 9 hours of sleep per night, hot girlfriend). But my knee has been hurting non-stop. Doctor said there is a slight tear in the meniscus, but it should be fine. It hurts a lot though

Anyway, I know that cissus has some anabolic effects, and was wondering if I should wait till I was a little older before I give it a try. (i'm 19 now)
Also, if it's anabolic, why no cycling?

I am planning on buying 4 bottles of Cissus for the special deal and want to use 2grams a day for PCT.

How many caps do I need to get the 2 grams?

I looked on the website but couldn't find the info.

Thanks

LOL about your cortisol levels, that's awesome dude, rock on:cool: I wish I could get the hook up with something like that, that would be wicked!! Hell, even one of those would be sweet.

Modern research has shed light on Cissus' ability to speed bone healing by showing it acts as a glucocorticoid antagonist (1,2). Since anabolic/androgenic compounds are well known to act as antagonists to the glucocorticoid
receptor as well as promote bone growth and fracture healing, it has been postulated that Cissus possesses anabolic and/or androgenic properties

I am firm believer that one must have a firm grasp on nutrition and training before supplementing at a younger age, but I could go on about that for days. In light of your question, at 19 years old Cissus wouldn't have any hormonal impact on you in terms of growth and aging. Cissus is not a prohormone or a steroid so there is no need to cycle it or worry about any PCT. Cissus would benefit any athlete who is desiring an environment that is favorable for pain free training and muscle building. It allows one to heal and recover faster from workouts and from fatigue/stress in general.
