I've got a bunch of this. I don't have a problem getting or staying erect, but I know that daily Cialis lowers blood pressure and helps with performance in the gym.

What is the recommended dose for this? I've always done 10mg, but never took it every day.

I take 20mg EOD for workout purposes. I never have any issues like stuffiness. Maybe I am just lucky.

Even if I take 5mg or less daily, it gives me crazy acid reflux.

If you’re one of those that tolerate well cialis then 5mg pre workout is a good dose. I got friends who do it. I’d say it’s not something you want to do long term! That’s just my opinion though my friend would say otherwise lol.

5mg ed is the recommended use for ed for "spontaneous" treatment but I do 10mg eod (18hr hf/) since that's what I have... Think I've read if your dosing more than 3x a week its recommended to just low dose ed instead. if I mess up and double dip I occasionally get back pain and a mild headache.

"...tadalafil does have relatively high affinity for PDE11, an isoform found in skeletal muscle, which is considered to be related to the higher incidence of myalgia and back pain in patients on tadalafil therapy..."

Tadalafil has linear pharmacokinetics over the dose range of 2.5–20 mg.12 A steady state of tadalafil is reached after 5 days of daily administration, with a plasma concentration that is roughly 1.6 times higher than that of a single dose.12 In other words, cumulative plasma exposure at steady state of a 5-mg daily dose corresponds roughly to an 8-mg on-demand dose.

Just a heads up that it's like 20ish mgs in your system with that much. Don't know if there's anything negative associated with that but seems like a lot.

He is dosing eod, so wouldn't it be equal to 16mg?

Here's the only thing I've found so far on higher dosing other than higher expression of norm, mild sides... I've been interested in 10 mg ed just to make it easier to take lol..

Although the clinical relevance is not entirely clear, a single 20-mg dose has been shown to produce detectable electroencephalographic changes in up to 34% of healthy men.

So changes something or does something in the brain that's detectable, if I understand, but it's unknown what.

For daily dosing start with 2.5-5mg. It builds up to 160% of the given dose so 2.5mg acts like you're taking 4mg. I'm prescribed 5mg for overall well being. I started with 2.5mg and it worked well but doesn't have the BPH reduction benefits of 5mg daily.

I take 10mg EOD for BPH from stims and TRT. It definitely helps me as I don’t seem to be restricted when I pee and I hang better.

Chiming in more specifically, if youre in the last stages of competition prep, calories are extremely low, and sex drive is low because of the extremely low calories, you're taking stimulates to suppress appetite , then taking a daily dose could be an option. A daily dose it would

1. lower blood pressure caused by the stims if thats an issue
2. help with sex drive if thats low or crushed
or on something like nandrolone that effects sex drive negatively

Other than that I see no reason to use it daily

I also experienced acid reflux from almost daily dosing of 3-5mg liquid Tadalafil- sometimes I randomly skip a day or two. I have been doing this since last spring and it definitely gets more tolerable in terms of sides over time. Initially I felt more fatigued, sometimes light headed, lower back pain, stuffy nose, and acid reflux.

Now, the most prominent lingering problem I have is the acid reflux which creeps up on me when it bulids up in my system and/or dose on the higher end. I came across a discussion elsewhere a few months ago, and one person stated that taking a dose with a tablespoon of coconut oil solved the problem. Coconut oil does seem to have properties that help neutralize acid and reduce symptoms. I tried it, and it really does seem to help! I sill get an occasional flare up, but most days I am fine!

The workout (lifting) benefits have been notable for me, and the downstairs hang/overall greater ease of obtaining erection are certainly nice too. During the few days that I randomly don’t take Tadalafil, it seems that my ease of obtaining erection may be slightly reduced from my basleine, but I am not entirely sure if it is just a mental thing...haha!

I’ll coconut oil with it to see if it works for me. Heart burn is the only issue I experience and it’s very annoying.

💯 it improves the strength/hardness of my erections. I’ve never had an issue getting it up but on cialis I get hard to an extent where it feels like I could **** a hole in a brick wall.

the slight stuffy nose is a bit of a pain but worth it every few weeks just to amp up a session

i wonder if coconut oil would help with symptoms of sildenafil also?

i'm prescribed 100mg tablets of viagra but half to use a pill cutter to cut into quarters and even at 25mg i get sides.

I’m sure that works but the thing about using cialis is it’s medically proven to work for one and two it’s actually very inexpensive to use as a low dose “supplement”. At 10mg eod, I can make 30ml last 3 months in a price range of 30-40$ and sometimes in the upper 20’s depending on holiday sales. You’re talking 12ish dollars a month. That’s “hard” to beat.

"Importantly, chronic dosing of tadalafil has not been shown to lead to upregulation of PDE5 in human penile tissue,17 an effect that has been observed in rat penile tissue exposed continuously to high doses of sildenafil.18 This difference may theoretically make tadalafil less likely than sildenafil to lose its efficacy over time due to tachyphylaxis."

Cialis doesn't cause erections without arousal and you need sexual stimulation. Fwiw, imo, from these points it helps but shouldn't make you depend on them.

Yeah, I believe it should. Both drugs seem to cause smooth muscle in the esophagus to relax, which results in the reflux. Of course antacids should help- yet tums did nothing for me. Prilosec or Pepcid should do better, but I personally wouldn’t take those everyday just for the sake of taking Cialis or Viagra for workout benefits alone.

The coconut oil seems to help out for me, and hopefully others will benefit from it as well!

**Tadalafil specifically. I haven't tried viagra or others but I believe them to be different. Cialis is the only one used medically for everyday kind of use/spontaneous that I know of. The others are more like you know it's time in an hour. Kinda seems like that would be easier to become dependant on others cause it's more "forceful" and tolerance can build over time. Could be wrong though. And np man just spreading my little research on the stuff, glad it helps 🙂

I take low dose cialis daily while on cycle to help lower blood pressure. When I want extra sexy time I up the dose for that day.

I just received an order of some stuff called super raise. It’s cialis and viagra in 1 capsule. Gonna give it a try tonight. Either my wife won’t be able to walk tomorrow or I will have a heart attack and this will

I didn't read all the replies, so sorry if someone already mentioned this. But there may be a small possibility of becoming dependent on ED drugs.

I really couldn't find much about Cialis, but this is the same concept.

This guy was just an idiot. Always measure your dosages with a oral syringe.

There's probably more about there. Do a search for "viagra overuse can't get an erection" or replace viagra with cialis.

Checking this out as i just asked about this as well.

Anyone been on this long term and have issues getting erections? I am only 45 and do not plan to hang up my "riding spurs" anytime soon and know men in their 70s that have pretty decent sex lives from what they say.

Also any major adverse things i should worry about? Part of this is for BP as i take 10mg lispronil? for it.

I've been doing 10mg per day with zero noticeable sides. I think I'm lucky to be able to do that though. I never had a problem getting hard before or since and I'm also in my 40's.
