I'm starting to take tadalafil every other day (5mg). I have some blood pressure issues so I'm hoping it can help.

I take 20mg eod, I've experimented with mega dosing Cialis for funzies way back and even took "700mg" of it on video from a source to prove it was underdosed/fake because I was the only one with an insane tolerance to Cialis in the group that wouldn't just die it it happened to contain some pills with a real dose hahaha... Pharma Cialis I can take 60mg dialy with zero sides

I go with 15 every other day 1 to 3 hours before training.

Was dosing 15 mg a day last year, really gave me solid pumps in the gym. And my schlong was hanging way lower than usual too. Miss this stuff.

Sides went away for me pretty quick

I get zero side effects from Cialis. It’s great. And even if I did get side effects,,.,who cares? That’s why they on the side!

For me the congestion did eventually go away, but the headaches still come occasionally. I think it is from neck muscles getting pumped due to stress and putting pressure on nerves. That's my guess anyway. If I give myself a deep massage and a couple Tylenol it usually eases.

Know the feeling. Between high school and college football then college rodeo i know i had at least 7 or more concussions. I do not get them as bad but i get a couple headaches a week but they are managable. Viagra i noticed i could get headaches no issues from cialist but never took more than 10mg. I am on 5mg a day now from my trt doc for "Off label" blood flow to help with bp.
