Please post all past and current Cialabol feedback in this thread. Feel free to post everyday if you are loving it or hating it.

Even if your stacking it will previously used products.
 
Day 1

I started dosing at 14 caps per day per your instructions. As I said I will do so many days with the after PWO dose and so many with the PWO dose.

dosing:

AM - 4 caps
PREWO - 6
after PWO - 4 caps and later PWO

I have not started any nor am I taking any other supps besides my staples which I have been on forever:

multi
whey
sesamin
fish oil
saw palmetto

Now for the good stuff:

Thoughts:

DO NOT TAKE THIS WITHOUT EATING WITHIN 10 - 15 MINUTES!!!! I guess I am just over sensitive to supps. Within 9 minutes I started to get hypo effects - this stuff is strong!!!!

BE SURE TO EAT PLENTY OF CARBS WITH THIS SUPP. TRUST...THEY WILL BE ABSORBED I experimented with just a little carbs (~30 grams) before my first dose...bad idea. With my second dose (PREWO), I double my carbs...still not a good idea. Three is a charm right? With the meal after my PWO, I took in an ungodly amount of carbs (~200 or so). I thought that this was too many at first but a few hours after this meal I went to bed. Now, when I woke up this morning I full and dry...go figure. However I will keep my carbs around 120 or so with high spikes sometimes :thumbsup:

This morning, I dosed 4 before breakfast:

60 grams of whey
121 grams of carbs (oats, raisins, honey)...mmmmmmhhhhh!!!

About an hour there after I was already getting hungry again. Which leads me to another effect...this stuff keeps me hungry all the time...has to be the nutrient partitioning. I was going to start back on PowerFULL next week before I saw the thread wanting testers. If chosen I won't but if not then I will continue as planned.

14 caps? Jesus the most i took was 8 when testing it and i loved that, maybe i should try upping it when mine arrives. And ya the stuff is the bomb. I agree about the hunger effects and ya i'd drink about 120g's high gi carbs post-workout with 2-4 Cialabol and i just looked SWOLE, i can't say enough good about this product. Give it time and see if you notice your chest looking tighter form the anti-e effects. I put 6lbs on with this stuff in a month along with DC style training. It's just sooooooo good at partitioning food.
 
Are you gonna have any more for sale USP?

I've been holding off on a mega P'full purchase to see if you are going to get some more of this in.
 
Ive seen many different dosages for this product and I am just trying to figure out what the standard dosage is. Ive seen on your website it says 4 prework and 6 post, yet on the boards you say to take with breakfast. Does dosage change if you add in powerfull and dna which I am planning to do when I use it? Or should all the dosages for these products alone be used when stacked as well? Just really curious since there is so much conflicting information on here about what to use. I think a thread should be made detailing many different stacks and what the standard dose for each should be on it.

On another note, 14 caps a day! Damn, that means a bottle lasts 9days! Thats $2.22 a day! That is really expensive in my mind! Ive seen others get a good effect from much lower, as in 8caps a day, but I dont understand how people mega dose this stuff, it is VERY costly to do so.
 
You can start with 2 before breakfast and 2 post workout and work your way up from their if your want, i'd shoot for 6-8 caps to start.

It's a struggle everyday to keep the credit card outta my hand to keep from buying more Cialabol and PowerFull, it's a losing battle,lol.

14 is the upper limit and we priced it at $20 for that reason. The final version will last much longer and need much less capsules.

I would suggest to use it pre workout and with the meal after the postwork meal at 4 caps each dose.

Id love to try this supp as im very very very carb sensitive so i always look towards supps like this to repartition my carbs where i need them. Right now im "on" and im tryin GXR to kinda of get a feel for how it works.

About how long will it be till the final version is out USP?

Definatly glad to hear this and I agree that it was nice with that sale, I picked myself up several bottles of DNA and cialabol. Glad to know you guys are getting a better extraction or w/e for less caps. :thumbsup:

I dont respond to creatine well so I thought Id give this a shot and see how it works, Ill be sure to let everyone knows how it goes.
 
I just splurged again and bought 5 MORE bottles of Cialabol and 2 more bottles of PowerFull. *slaps wrist* bad chaps bad

How much powerfull are you guys dosing w/ this?

I just started Cialabol last week. Cialabol dosing:

Started 2 caps 2x per day for the first day, then 3 x 2 and now I'm at 4 x 2. I'm going to move next to the 4 in the AM before the first meal and then 6 prior to my pre-workout meal.

USP - would it be more beneficial to only take 2 in the AM and then 4 pre-workout and 4 post workout? I'm shooting for 10 per day....

I'm also stacking powerfull - 2 caps in the AM, 3 pre-workout, and 2 before bed.

6'0, 195 lbs. Should I increase my dose on powerfull? I workout in the evening btw.

I haven't had any problems w/ banaba. Feeling fuller on the stack - have only started it last Thursday, so I have not had a workout yet at the full dose. My workout on Thurs and Sat were good, but I was only taking 4 to 6 caps per day at that point.

Also feeling that ability to eat more and my waistline has not felt as big as usual when I eat as much as I have been. I'm anxious to see how things go when at the suggested dose and lifting heavy.

So are you saying take no Cialabol in the am, only take it pre/post WO? And each time I am taking it 10 mins prior to my meals, correct?

I eat at 5pm, workout at 6:30pm, finished at 7:30-7:45 and eat immediately afterwords.
 
Yep you'll definitely notice an increased appetite, but won't store anything. I HAVE to try this stuff on a bulker.

You can take a morning dose but I see 6/4 dose better suited than 2/6/2. Early Morning insulin release is more sensitive to foods.

On off days I would dose
3/3/3 10 minutes before meals.

Would you only notice this if you took the dose prior to that meal, or as long as you are on a cycle of it, it will have those effects? I.E. If I take it 6/4 around my pre-post workout meals, but eat a sloppy lunch, am I still going to gain the benefits or should I take a dose prior to a sloppy meal?

Sounds good - I'll use the suggested 6/4 dose. Thanks for the off days dosing as well.
 
Taking it prior to the meals. I liked doing it like 2 caps before each meal with maybe 4-6 post-workout which some high gi carbs. Just play around with the dosing to see what works best for you.
 
What is the ingredient that is responsible for the lowering of estrogen? And do you guys have any studies on it or anything, i just wanna see how potent it is.

Its about to get more potent! Luteolin is ingredient responsible for lowering estrogen.

Studies will be posted with the final version.

I thought I had read in one of these threads that the Cialabol was safe for women.... I am thinking now I was wrong. Can you offer your opinion on the safety of this product in female's?

There is good and bad estrogen. Think as luteolin as a broom that sweeps the bad estrogen away. Women can use it. THis is not ATD or an anti aromatase
 
REALLY? WOW that's cool, god you guys make such unique products, they are just plain cool. Could you possibly go into further detail on how Luteolin works.
 
4 Days In

USP and AM,

I am now four days into my Cialabol experiment and here are my new thoughts:

Dosing:
4 prior to breakfast
6 PREWO
4 prior to the meal after my PWO meal

Only Other Supps:
multi
whey
SuperCarb
fish oil
sesamin
saw palmetto

NOTE: These are my staples and I have been taking them for the longest.

Leaning Effects: I am getting noticeably leaner all over and taking on a denser, harder look.

Vascularity: Ordinarily I am only vascular while working out...not true now! I have been vascular all day long since I started taking this stuff and as a side note I am eating a lot of whole grain bread right now without water retention :thumbsup:

Hypo Effects: Very much so present while dosing the 10 minutes prior to my meals, especially the 6 cap dose PREWO.

Hunger and Nutrient Partitioning: Definitely noticed increased hunger. I am usually only slightly hungry all the time, but now, an hour or so after eating, I feel like I am starving. Obviously, this can be attributed to the nutrient partitioning effects which have also lead to the leaning effects I stated above.

Libido: Have noticed random woods.

Overall Impression: This is a very solid product. It's exactly what I expected from USP.

Great, the bueaty is that you can CUT on a NON cutting diet. You can increase calories and lose weight and gain muscle!

The lower the Carb intake the less cialabol I would take,.
 
I never got random wood at 8 caps a day but it definitely gave my sex drive a nice boost, can't wait to try 14, hopefully i won't get wood at work, lol.

I don't know how to explain this one. Maybe increased glucose/nutrients being forced in the muscle...but 5 lbs???

As good as this works for nutrient partitioning, I can only imagine what the "new" glucose management supp will do...it should be un-f*cking real!!!!

Has to be glycogen storage and intracellular water(which is a great enviroment for protein synthesis). THis is exactly what because this leads to a cascade of positive events! we want this as long as the waist gets smaller or stays the same!
 
stop lowering the price! Jesus, I cants spend any more money now but with that and a discount coupon i forgot about for my last order it is sooo tempting. I tried cialabol today and with my initial 2caps in the morning I noticed signs everyone claims. I didnt eat as much carbs as I should have, mainly due to feeling sick this morning after eating eggs (had food posioning last week) and couldn't finish breakfast. I became light headed about 1 hour later and it went away after I drank some powerade I had around. Great product so far, with just one dose I could feel the fullness in my muscles which I dont usually have unless I am on or just got done working out. Great product, first one of yours that I can tell it is working from the very first dose!

Whats with the second sale if you dont mind me asking? I thought it was over a few days ago and now there are cheaper prices? Trying to get rid of the inventory before new products come in?

Cialabol is revolutionary...Just a matter of Time and every supplement company use luteolin in form or the other.

The second sale is to liquidate inventory. The prices will NEVER ever be this low again thats a gurantee! This sale is just a matter of nescessity.

Workout Update: My workout today was unbelievable! My endurance was incredible and my intra-set recovery was so fast that if it wasn't for the intense pump I had I wouldn't have felt like I did anything. I can't wait for tomorrow.
 
As i have said before cialabol, i think is USP's best product. Stacked with powerfull and DNA and i am losing bodyfat that hasn't been gone since i was in my early teens. I almost have my sixpack baby !!!
 
But what kind of carbs? You guys said low GI, we talking like maltodextrin or what kind are guys taking it (what foods).
