USP and AM,
I am now four days into my Cialabol experiment and here are my new thoughts:
Dosing:
4 prior to breakfast
6 PREWO
4 prior to the meal after my PWO meal
Only Other Supps:
multi
whey
SuperCarb
fish oil
sesamin
saw palmetto
NOTE: These are my staples and I have been taking them for the longest.
Leaning Effects: I am getting noticeably leaner all over and taking on a denser, harder look.
Vascularity: Ordinarily I am only vascular while working out...not true now! I have been vascular all day long since I started taking this stuff and as a side note I am eating a lot of whole grain bread right now without water retention :thumbsup:
Hypo Effects: Very much so present while dosing the 10 minutes prior to my meals, especially the 6 cap dose PREWO.
Hunger and Nutrient Partitioning: Definitely noticed increased hunger. I am usually only slightly hungry all the time, but now, an hour or so after eating, I feel like I am starving. Obviously, this can be attributed to the nutrient partitioning effects which have also lead to the leaning effects I stated above.
Libido: Have noticed random woods.
Overall Impression: This is a very solid product. It's exactly what I expected from USP.
