ok so yesterday was chest. 3 RPM pre gym. Started off with two sets of 15 reps at 50kg then upped the weight to 60kg for 12 reps. Few more sets of that. Didn’t go too much higher than 60kg but I was pushing out at least 10 reps. Incline was really good, kept the weight at 60kg for that. Had an awesome pump in my front delts that I don’t usually get while doing incline bench.

3 NeoVar along with 3 NoXidant post workout.

I was pretty vascular after my workout, All over my chest, across my shoulder and down my arms. Veins really popping out! Could see some in my fingers and palms too.

Endurance was ok, it’s getting better. Had my Purple Wraath today.

had a really high carb day yesterday. loads of pasta plus bagels and that chocolate fudge at work. Wasn't as bloated as i thought i'd be. Most of hit just over 5k cals for the day.

My muscles seem to be getting quite a bit harder, legs,tris and front delts.

Also my appetite is remaining pretty high. I've not been drinking enough water lately. Starting to aim for 8 pints a day which is 4.5ish litres

Today is a day off. tomorrow is back and deadlifts. looking forward to 10x3 again! Dosed 2x RPM along with 3x NoXidant when i woke up. Nice smooth energy all day :)

Going to dose NeoVar for the first time pre workout along with some food. Day off from work tomorrow so i'll be up early feeding the beast that is my stomach. Gyming at 2.30pm.

:food: Diet update: Diet has been ok the last few days, getting the cals in. slightly dirty sometimes but mainly clean.

Main source of protein is from turkey steaks and beef streaks. Having a can of tuna every couple days. Main source of carbs are from pasta, pasta and more pasta. Oats and bagels. Plenty milk.

Greens! getting better with my fruit and veg. spinach leafs, cucumbars,carrots,spring onions,red onions mainly.

Fruits: mostly frozen berries. blueberries,raspberries,mixed winter fruits

Fat: been pretty rubbish at dosing my fish oils. haven't dosed any this week. just keep forgetting which is strange as i'm not forgetting to dose anything else. getting in 75g-100g natty peanut butter a day. Extra virgin olive oil on all my meat, but i don't really count that.

EDIT: i don't think i've had an egg in about 2 months. Not sure why, i had them in my shakes all the time. I'll see what i can put together tomorrow :)

I've not been doing too many protein shakes. Only after my workouts now and again. I'm getting enough protein from whole foods at the moment :)

i saw them twice last year in the space of 2 months, in Germany and then in the UK :) was awesome! Germany show was so much better. Some of the crowd started burning a huge american flag when they came on stage lol

so back and Deadlifts today

1x 50kg 15 reps
1x 70kg 10 reps
1x 80kg 8 reps

2x 100kg 3 reps
8x 90kg 3 reps

1x 15x 50kg to finish myself off

Not as good as last week but still felt good. Insane pump in my arms. Forearms are looking real big! They were burning by the end of my last set. My biceps almost looked double the size when I got home from the gym. Triceps really hard too. Chest is pretty sore today.

I didn’t dose NeoVar before the gym as I didn’t have time and I wanted to dose it a good few hours before the gym.

Motivation: Good :) No drink for 18 days so far! Few times I felt like I wanted a drink, but now I’m feeling ok and have no urge to go drinking over xmas/new year.

Loads of blue veins running around again today :)

Appetite sky high :hot:
 
sorry for the lack of an update.

I done arms on friday night after work. pumps are getting harder with every workout still and lasting longer after my workouts. Sat was a day off.

I'll be doing shoulders and legs later on today.

186.8lbs just now :( I've not eaten today yet. Crawled out my bed about half an hour ago. Late in from work last night. My weight goes up to 190-192 some nights after a good days eating :D
 
ok so i done legs and shoulders tonight.

Leg press was good, had my feet nice and high on the plates. Done some DB squats too, they took it right out of me! my shoulder got a bit sore while doing arnold press but it went away after awhile. It was a pretty good workout. Was feeling quite small all day but when i got into my workout the pumps were great. My grip in my left hand was a bit crap, just really hurt while doing upright rows on the cables.

Food intake today as been really crap considering i slept most of the day. Got around 7-9 hours sleep, waking up quite a bit and dozing.

Heres some pics of what i could do squats on..for now i'm doing them with DB.

if you have a barbell lying around do it on the other side. Where the smith side isn't. There is still notches to hold a barbell. Just think outside of the box. That would be a perfect rack to squat in. Just get a barbell off of a bench and put it in the rack and don't worry about the smith side at all. problem solved!

Ah good idea! only problem is the gym doesn't have any free barbells. The only barbell it has is the on stuck on the smiths machine. Rest are Dumbells.The other gym across the road that i normally go to does. BUt i don't think they'd be happy with me taking one away lol.

haha i know. Its crap! The country club i go to has a bench with a free barbell and extra ones for doing deadlifts, just no rack :(
 
so.... wow..... let's find you a new gym!

Ain't none :( Only one leisure centre in town. rest are hotel gyms and i go to the best hotel gym with the only free barbell bench :(

well.... I think you should look into step ups and lunges.

will do :) The leisure centre gym i go to now and then has loads of leg machines, just don't go there too often as its full of posers and costs £4 a session
 
step ups are with a barbell or dumb bells
stay away from the machines bud. You should work your supporting muscle groups as much as possible
 
So today was chest. My incline bench was up 10kg (70kg) Nice smooth reps. Max was 6 reps. Had just finished off flat bench with reps being 12-15 at 60kg.

Strength was good. Would have been better if I had got more sleep last night. Quite groggy when I woke up an hour and a half before heading to the gym.

Motivation is good. Can’t wait for Jan to come. Hours at work getting cut slightly so more time to get some meals prepped and down me. Aswell everyone keeps bugging me to go out and get hammered, just not interested!

My appetite is remaining high :)

I’m going to get some back photos up when my gf is next over as I didn’t include them with my other pictures.

Diet. I’ve been slacking in the good fats department slightly. More EVOL and natty peanut butter! I miss my hemp oil, they don’t sell it in the supermarket anymore :(

So was really late in last night as i had to give a statement to the police for some guy who kicked off and got lifted. Workin at 4pm today and woke up at 10am only having 4-5hours sleep, so i went back to sleep. Dead lifts will have to wait till the 27th :(

On the up side, i've been eating like a horse :)

It seems like forever since I last updated!

27th was back then dead lifts. It was an excellent workout after being off 3 days over Christmas. My strength was great, nice smooth reps with deads. My back feels A LOT stronger since I’ve started doing deadlifts. Got some photos taken last night of my back to see the progression. I’ll probably get them up tonight or tomorrow as they’re still on my gf’s cam.

By the looks of the NeoVar bottle I’m just over half way through it. I’m loving it! I’d say I’m starting to lean out a lot more. My muscles are feeling a lot harder for longer too; I might have mentioned this before I can’t remember.

Yesterday my workout was focusing on chest. Great strength again! The weight seems to be going up and if it’s not I’m getting out more reps!

Recovery has been really good too lately. No more sore chest for 4 days! More like a day and a half if I hit it real hard.

Diet has been quite dodgy the last week or so, getting in the cals most days, prob around 3,000-3,500. Not all clean but what can I say, I’m still bulking :D Fat intake has been pretty high, but mostly mono-sats.

Work is crap as usual. Hours are getting cut down in jan/feb to 4 days a week, which I don’t mind even though I’ll have less money. Maybe see about getting a career going in the New Year. Got a really good sleep last night. 7-8 hours with no waking up. I wish it were like that every night. Up at 7am today. Heading down to the gym at 1pm then working at 5.

I’ve started taking RPM everyday again, 2 caps in the morning on non workout days and 3/4 caps on workout days. I really start to notice the veins popping up when I take it everyday :D

Not seen the movie since it was out at the cinema. Yeah its pretty good! I'll have to get it on DVD, can't remember much of it now lol

so yesterday was arms! Didn't have time to update last night or earlier so i'm doing a quick update now.

After the first set my arms were rock solid. been solid since my workout yesterday too!

PR on close-grip bench. 2x sets of 70kg at 3 reps. That was after 3 sets of 12-15 reps at 60kg or so.

Loving NeoVar Recomped! feeling a lot stronger and my muscles are always quite pumped throughout the day.

Those pictures i promised will have to wait. Gf can't find the cable for her camera :(

Shoulders tomorrow. 1st and 2nd will be days off as gym is shut :(

i just love NeoVar Recomped! I'm eating a big meal after 20mins of taking 4 caps and around an hour to two hours later i can eat again ! Bloat is down quite a bit too :)

Yep, it does that. Which is why I double-dose it pre-bed when I've had quite high calories and/or carbohydrate intakes on any given day; it eliminates bloating and water retention the next day. Great stuff :)
