Yester day was chest, did some high rep ****::

Lateral delt raise and hold(this is a mother ****er)
10lbs each hand raise and hold for thirty, rotate weights to front hold for 20,back to side till u can't hold any more. Did 4 sets

I'm pretty excited cardios going alot better than planed. At this rate I could be sub 12% by the time I start cutting. Which will put me in the 6-8% range post cycle!

Hey I have a small amount of fat around my nips, nothing big, if its cold my chest looks awesome but under normal conditions u can see the fat. Any tips for localized fat reduction? I have eviserate but not sure if that's the right stuff.

Really want to add some igf des and some Mgf to this cut. Add some size to my chest and maybe my quads. But not sure if its worth it.

I know I said I save it for pct but you'll LOVE it on cycle as well. 4wks on 4 wks off if igf only. With mgf allegedly you can run it indefinitely

I might pull the trigger. I don't know would like to run 100mcg prework out for 30 days of igf des. My plan was to run igf lr3 am, 100mcg igf des prework out and Mgf post at 200mcg. But I dot know. I've already got so much **** in me. Might save it for a cruise phase.

So the past week ive been feeling funny, dont know how to put it in words. but alot of lethargy, unfocused, irritable so on and so on. i dont have time to get bloods but im guessing its from dropping down to 150mg of test per week. i know thats a somewhat standard dose for a male but i was just unhappy. so i decided im going to pop 100mg e3d of test prop along with my cruise of 150mg test cyp. ill be dropping the prop about 5 or 6 days before starting so im ready for my tren cycle. so thats 150mg of test cyp per week and 233mg of test prop. i might run the prop e4d, which would put me right at 300mg total test per week. just thats the half life of prop, might be to much fluctuation.

i also threw in a little TNE prework out and of coarse was feeling awesome after that. think i just tapered off of such a high dose too fast. i will be laying off the tne. im going to use that the few days prior to the tren blast.

i wish i had to to get bloods, but im heading out of state for a week. it might be my e2 is crashed out from the gyno reversal. infact i bet thats what it is. im going to stick with the test prop idea till i get back and can see what my levels are.

But if you dropped from a gram a wk of test to 150 the week after your test should still be high as fuq, right?

I've tapered down over the past 4 weeks. So by now my levels would be down. Test e only takes 2-3 weeks to clear. And before that gram pulse blast I had been cruising at 400mg. You may be on to something. But I wont be able to figure till I get back and have test done.

Things started off good but didn't end that way

Squats. 135x10 185x 8 225x6 225x5 then my knee gave out

After a solid rest tried for some hack squats
135x10 185x1 spasm
Power cleans 135x 8 185x 6

Deadlifts: 135x10 225x8 315x6x5 no pain
Hack squats 225x5 pain 135x10
Sumo squats 135x10 155x10 225x6

Quad extensions 4 sets 175 10 reps
Hamstring curls 4 sets 220 6 reps

Going back to the drawing board with the leg

Peptides in my neat future. Hgh in the not so distant future. And a new coach for legs and Olympic legs in the next month. Going to find out if its bad form that's causing the issue along with learning new ways to go heavy on legs without exacerbating the problem. The fact is I'm almost thirty and I can't do legs how I did when I was 20.

You'll enjoy peptides.

Can I suggest using weights that allow failure around 18-20 reps on your legs. It's supposed to be the key for optimal growth anyways, and it definitely keeps the weight lighter.

I will take ur suggestion. I've used peps before. This time they will be a bunch of micro injections around my knee.

So when your doc orders bloods for you, what does he cite as the reason for checking estradiol & prolactin & fsh/lh?

My orders for the bloods comin up in 2 months say hyperlipidemia & steroid cycle (for the hormonal part)...not sure how long that's gonna fly when insurance processes the claim.

Yesterday was arms and shoulder-

Did some **** and ran for 45mins

Today was cardio only
57mins on the elliptical tab 5.05miles burned 902 cals.

Bloods were take this morning. Should have results soon.

Feeling good since I added 50mg test prop eod. Taking some time off lectro. I'll blast it again after some time. Gyno gone for the most part, have some tenderness and some small lumps. They may go away as my body gets back to normal. If not will get some more bloods and go from there. Still not sure about my knee. Haven't had a chance to meet with the new coach and formulate a plan.

Trying to get to 12% by the 10th, that's when I'll start cutting.

bloods came back fine. e was a little high but im on 300mg of test. so i dont know what the **** was going on last week. ill probably be starting a new thread in the old school section for my cut. with some new pics and stuff.

today no cardio, just legs
wore a brace, no problems but i didnt go heavy

Yeah. The leg is confusing. Thinking about doing heavy legs just once every 2 weeks. And wrapping them for that day. Then the rest of the time just go light. Should meet with the coach soon. I'll stalk u down and force u to sub my new thread. Don't u worry. U'll be there.

What's up, finals been ****ing up my life!


Gym is going great. Cardio is up, did leg press with 540lbs and no knee problems. Got a new fancy knee brace for squats. Might start wrapping them. Idk

It's hard to read but that's 62mins 5.47 miles and 969.6 cals burnt on the elliptical plus cals were at 2500 today. It was painful but I'll adjust. Tomorrow is back day.

I started winny yesterday @ 100mg. Tren should start up on Friday. Depends on how I feel. Might not even mix it in but if u follow this log I know u don't believe that. T3 will start Monday and albuterol that same day. I'll be running mast p if I need it. I think 100mg of winny should keep every thing in check but if not ill throw mast into the fire. Trying to keep my nips in check. (That's why I'm debating on the tren.) Friday is the last final then I'm hardcore shredding!

the lumps are slowly working them selves out there still classified as stage 1 gyno. smaller than a dime. just ****ers are wont leave. decca didnt phase my junk. i was shredding bitches ass like it was going out of style. but i was running 1.2g of test. the only reason the deca was a problem for my moobs was because i stoped my prami to soon. **** got out of hand before i even noticed. i liked deca but ill probably never run it again. NPP is the way to go.

im going to run tren just maybe a low dose. **** 30mg ed works wonders. its just 100mg turns me in to skull crushing hulk with floppy man tits. been looking in to dht cream might try that next time i run tren. just worried about hairy nipples.

back day. went well. did a **** ton of pullups. then did some weight stuff. winny has me sweating like a pregnant whore at a catholic hospital.

cardio

30mins full incline treadmill 390cals.
