Christmas shopping for the lady $$

due to shipping issues, i got her present for free...gotta love a screw up in your favor!
 
$60 but keep in mind, I am pretty darn poor right now...working 2 jobs to get the wife through school..that is a present in itself :thumbsup:

Same situation here, my wife is getting a candle and a picture frame. Both wraped by our son, that makes it more special. I already know what she got me, not a damn thing. Its cool though, when Im rich Ill buy my own ****.

Married a couple of years



But keep in mind, the last time we saw a movie was almost 2 years ago, probably been out to dinner 3 times since we got married, got married with just 2 witnesses and no reception, wedding ring cost about $200 and my mother made the wedding dress. We save the money for the good stuff.

BTW she doesn't know she is getting this, she thinks I got her a shirt BWAHAHAHA She is a photography FREAK but her camera broke last year.

We're going shopping after XMas to get each other presents.. Only one I actually got anything for was my daughter, a tv and dvd player plus she's shoppin' with me after the holiday as well..

This explains why I'm always broke.. :D
 
iPod shuffle for the gf. Been dating around 2 years. She has been wanting one for a while so she can listen to music while she runs. Now who could turn down giving somenoe a present they want and will help them stay in shape as well (indirectly). :)
 
Spent about $70 dollars on the g/f...I'd spend more, but I am broke as hell. I'm one of the college grads that didn't have a nice job lined up before I graduated...:frustrate
 
i bought kwych's bird cage....and some other stuff.... (bird cage was given really early).

Ditto here... In the same boat... so I joined the military. Still paying off student loans... damn I wish I would have done it the other way around!!!!!

my engagment ring, is what I got..... i got him his ipod,a new computer chair, and passes to ski this winter. Plus some stocking things.

edit this...pair of diamond earrings, shocked seeing as my enagagment ring is 2 carats and so close to christmas.
 
$300 - $400...not sure, I never keep track. She's in love with stocking stuffers, and has an oversized stocking just for it. I can't help but buy lots of little things for it. LoL

Uhm, sort of 4 - 5 years together I think. We broke up for almost a year somewhere in there, so I don't know how you count that. :)
 
I never thought the amount really mattered. Last year when I was still with my girl I spent a little over 100 bucks. Got her a few little things, plus an indoor planeterium from the Discovery Channel Store. We used to spend a lot of time outside looking at the stars and talking, but in the winter the cold made that hard. So presto, indoor stars.

Right now no one in my life though. Two special girls though, no romance but very, very good friends. For one I got her and her husband a program that's a country wide trail guide for various hiking, biking and boating trips, and a carniverous plant set. Cost was about 70.

The other girl, single and my best friend beyond a doubt, got a few things. I made her a water color with her nick name in Chinese symbols along with a personal note, nicely framed with stuff I got from the local art store. Then a scent of insense she's been unable to find because it was discontinued, or so she thought. Two scented oils and a hand held crossword puzzle electronic game thingy. Cost was a little under 100. She hasn't gotten them yet, only the water color. So far from her I got a pair of easy chop sticks because my chop stick skills suck when eating sushi. More to come later when we meet up thing week.

So far this year I've pulled in a good haul. My brother's present was the best, a Viking helmet. I'm wearing that to work on Tuesday. My boss has a problem with it I'll pillage his office and rape his laptop.

7months, I didn't really want to spend that much cause I didnt want her to spend alot since she is part time and goes to school aka not much money left to spend.
 
~400. dated for 2 years, married for 6.5 = 8.5 years total. do i have this money? nope. but mastercard tells me everything is ok and not to worry........
