Traffic is horrible, people give me dirty looks and make me want to assault them, and just people in general. How many other people here hate Christmas shopping? BAH HUMBUG!!!

I hate christmas shopping also. I just stick to giving gift cards and usually wait to buy them a couple days before christmas.

I try to do that too lol, but just getting out and about is horrible during the holidays. I love the internet lol. It makes shopping so much easier.
 
...so dont do it. I don't buy into the whole Xmas BS.

My family celebrates Xmas in Feb when things are settled down....and there are no presents. It's a week of eating and drinking.

We all live in seperate parts of the world and fly home to New Zealand for it.
 
I really hate shopping period, but Christmas shopping especially. On a good note I see lots of pus I usually don't see.
 
All the "good" girl hottie types come out. Not those slut club type ones.

I honestly didnt notice, having just finished school for a month, working 80 hours a week for the last 3 months, been to tired, perhaps this is the best christmas shopping experience i have ever had,.........dead tired meets shopping hell = dont give a ****!!!!

Maybe figure out what you want to get them before you go out?

Buying Christmas gifts shouldn't be so difficult or dreaded. The whole point is to offer the gifts to those you love as a symbolic representation of a gift that was offered to mankind.

It's so hard to spend a couple hours in a crowd of people to get a gift for your loved ones isn't it? :rolleyes:...For some grown men, you guys whine a lot.
 
I tend to buy for my kids mostly so I enjoy it. I love to be able to give them nice things and a fun day.

I don't mind the shopping, people, and all other nonsense but man do I get frustrated trying to find gifts sometimes. Too many people try to make the Holiday perfect and never come to terms with the fact that it will not be a Norman Rockwell Christmas no matter how hard you try. People , including myself, just need to take the day for what it is, a day off of normal society to enjoy your family whoever they may be.
 
I honestly think my distaste in christmas shopping is a runoff from my job.

Dealing with a crowded E.R. this time of year, and some of the less than appreciative characters that inhabit it will slowly drive you insane!

I do enjoy buying for my wife though, so that nullifies some of the bad. :D

Agreed trauma, if i have one more teenage ass tell me to "get it for me now you bitch"...I think that's wearing on my nerves...although i than remember I have the badge to get out of the locked psych unit...and yes that helps.....
