Almost Thursday! God I love this stuff. My weight is down to 117 it was 119 yesterday. My strength is up. Last week I could do 90lbs x6 on back rows today I was able to do 110 x 10 and then 120 x 6 so over my body weight. I feel great but I'm really having to up my clen to feel it. I'm at 4 drops now and I could have went higher. My T3 I'm trying to keep really low so as not to lose muscle.

Thanks mace. I feel chunky in the pics. I'm at 117lb at 5'3". I had a hard time posting them after 3 kids.

after 3 kids that makes it even BETTER! not many women can say they have done what you have! Keep it up! i am sure you have a good trainer! ;)

I love you two...The jeans were tight so they pushed me up. I just posted them because I was late posting pics. I'll get better ones up in a few days. I feel self conscious now.

Hopefully with more clen and soon anavar I 'll get the body i want.
 
holy ****, 3 kids? great fvcking job! You will reach your goal if you keep motivated. You'll find you don't even need clen.

Lol I don't mind the clen so much anymore. I was lucky not to get stretchmarks with the kids so its just weight I need to drop off to cut my abs up.

I'm really trying hard but I want that figure definition. The cut back, abs, arms and legs. I figure if I drop the weight off first then I can add decent muscle.

Go figure, you have 3 kids and get no stretchmarks, and I have a growth spurt, and gain weigh and loose weight... I'm stretchmark city.
 
hey I dont know how serious this thread is, but bananas always helped when i tried clen last year. I never got pains or pumps from it, tylenol stopped any head ache, but I had to closely watch hydration. Stay hydrated at all times.

BCAAs seemed to help too, I never tried poseidon, but I would think that helps.

I liked it, but had to becareful with dosing, as I already have the shakes normally - (friends always ask if I have alzheimers, not funny) - I was also once tested for diabetes, dont know how that plays into it.

I'm jealous... and I'm very tempted to try clens cousin, albuterol. Heck, maybe some T3.

I am up to 5 drops a day of clen with 25mcg of T3. It has been easier now that my sides have stopped, the shaking was a *****. The headaches go away later in the day even without asprin.

Since I want to gain muscle I won't take Advil or anything that will mees that up. If the headaches were migraine quality everyday that might be another story.

I'm on cycle, so I don't think advil will kill me, or will it? Dsade?
 
Tylenol I know is bad for your liver on cycle. But Advil and the likes are anti inflamitory. From what I've read it can mess up muscle growth.

I belive the NSAIDS inhibit protein sythesis. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. The thing is 500 mg of test probably laughs in the NSAIDS face, literally speaking of course. Don't make me lecture on how the krebs cycle works... haha j/k
 
You taking Ketotifen or Benadryl to keep your adrenoreceptors from downregulating? 2-3 weeks is the point where the efficacy of Clen starts to wane due to downregulation.
 
No not yet. Which do you recommend. Benadryl tends to keep me up at night. I was going to run it in cycles?

I thought the clen was going to kill me this weekend. Nothing like all that clen in a little building with no air and 100 300lb hot sweaty powerlifters...I was sweating for 2 days straight. Lol cant wait to go to the gym andd see my weight. I HAD to have sweated off 5 lbs.

Just watching the squat 1190 wore me out.

What do you think of doing cardio 2x a day?

And how about albuterol? Is that going to also have an extreme stim effect?

What tweaks would you recommend? I don't want to lose ground when I cycle off. I really have to be in top form by the Olympia.
 
Anyway - clen is some nasty stuff. Be careful with it. I'll never take it orally again. Too many cramps and heart beat was too high.


I've read about the cramps before taking it myself, I thought it was just like stomache cramps and such...but it's not lol. I'm getting small muscle spasms here n there in some weird spots....like tonight I yawned and got a muscle spasm under my chin! Gotta be the worst spot to get one. Then I was walking down a ladder in flipflops and got a nasty spasm in my foot. So I've got some poseidon on order and a bottle of taurine waiting for me, and going to double my water intake. Should help a lot.

The fast heart rate I can handle, I think clen makes me feel less anxious in general than albuterol does tbh. Definately not the nicest compound though. It's not for everyone that's for sure.

looking good in the pics! the clen spasms are the worst for me, even more so than the headaches... like gutterP said when I yawn i feel like my whole neck and jaw get a charlie horse, my toes tweak out, my forearms twitch... stuff does a number on me

Do you use taurine in your workout drink? That and DCP have stopped the cramping for me..If you run it again you might try it. The bulk taurine is tasteless so you can add it to whatever you already take.
