My wife loves Casting Crowns. Dragged me to see them last year. I actually enjoyed it, nice surprise. Mellow but they were good.

This song was the first song of theirs I ever heard. I was struggling with many residual issues and consequences from my old life. One being the custody issue of my son being 2000 miles away. It literally floored my...face down sobbing on the concrete floor of my garage right in the middle of a workout.

That's why I love this idea. I am awkward at prayer and music seems to help me organzie my thoughts. 5150, I can't imagine much than what would be harder for anyone to go through. This isn't metal, but I figure if we can do Casting Crowns we could expand it to other styles? This is probably my favorite Christian artist, Steve Taylor. This song gets me back up when I'm feeling down, shows Who is waiting at the ultimate end (beginning?).

Too lazy to look for a vid but I love to listen to Kutless.
Jeremy Camp is very good too. If you ever hear either of them on the radio it's their lighter stuff. Sanctus Real is another one that just came to mind.
