Yet I wrote the response to tell him plan for six because at times life will adjust you lower. Also , to gauge your workout and adjust accordingly. I guess this response was necessary as a complete rebuttal to contradict anything I mentioned.

Also, I can tell him how to train and make gains based on three days a week only. I won’t share that info. I’ll keep the rest of comments to myself. Apparently, your basically telling me I didn’t build my lifts at all or have in the past. In fact, all my gains were down without enhancements of any sort. Don’t even like protein powders. Been this way my entire life. Yet I still managed to grow to 6’5”, 300+ without trying. That’s what I do adjust according to goals, not care about someone thinking I’m overtraining or under training for that matter. I’ll stay out of responding going forward.
No dont do that. No reason to feel slighted at his different opinion. I don't think his opinion discounted any of your progress or was intended too. Nor does your progress discount the validity of that proven method he suggested either. Your advice is good and a valid also. However one should try a method for a while to see how well it works for them as proven. Then tweak it once they have something to compare it to. So they know if they improved the workout or not.

You have always been good at instinctive training as long as I have known you. Your experience should be shared just don't take a different opinion as a personal attack brother.

Nice. Happy fathers day bro. Avengers infinity war was awesome except i didnt like the ending. Ill just leave it at that because Ive got alot more to say about it lol. I want to take the kids to incredibles 2 though
 
So i went to a new supp shop in town that i had never been too to pick up some pwo amd brought my son with me and the guy had corner set up for kids with toys and all that which i thought was cool. I got to talking to him for quite a while and hes a really cool guy. He had a traumatic brain injury and messed up his whole hormone system. His total test was 33 his free test was 0 his lh i think he said was 1. He printed up a sheet on optimizing testosterone all naturally. He got his tt up to 750 and free test up to 34 i think all naturally. Anyways im already test and dont plan on coming off but if i change my mind i know eho to talk to. And so i asked him if he carried any anabolics and he said he did but kept them in the back and will only sell them to older guys who are already on trt cause he doesnt want to be messing up some kids hormones cause they want fast gains which was really cool in my eyes. I think i found a supp shop with an honest and trustworthy owner for the first time in my life lol he'll be getting my business from now on. Another thing that was cool was he asked me which one i was thinking about and i said that gym candy looks good and asked how much and told me alot its 70 bucks but its 40 servings. I said my wife would not be happy and he was like oh dude dont worry grab it ill hook you up. He gave me 20% off and then told me anything i looked at that i wanted to try tell him and he'll sample it out for me. So i left with the pwo i wanted and a ton of samples. Cool guy. He works out at the same gym i work out at too

You said he had the anabolics in back. Was making a joke like he was a dealer trying to hook you with some pre workouts to get you to his cash cow.
 
I liked everything about Infinity Wars! But I get why some won’t like the ending, but either way most enjoyable superhero movie I’ve had the pleasure to watch in a long time. I’m a pretty big Guardians fan though.

I am all for keeping the anabolics in the back and dealing on a discretionary basis. Too many kids and chumps unwittingly shutting themselves down without understanding the long term ramifications.

Calf raises. The secret to getting devastatingly strong is seated calf raises ?

I get nasty craps doing seated calf raises for some reason? this started about 10 years ago.(Never had the problem before) I have to stop my set as soon as I feel them getting ready to cramp. Really sucks. If I do standing or Donkey this doesn't happen.

Oh I was kidding lol - I don’t think they’re worth more effort than tossing in 2-3 good sets 1-2x/wk, as they’re very genetically-influenced.

My little gf had monster calves just from yoke carries before she’d ever done a calf raise. I know guys that can run a 1,000lb yoke with no calves, so that’s not the key lol

Yeah I never really isolate calves and mine are decent sized without it so I dont worry about it lol

Oh that is your soleus then. The muscle right up under the calve which that works. If you have a decent V coming up from your ankle to under your calve then you probably don't need to worry about direct work. However you might try doing some weighted sled pushes with full extension as an alternative. They are great for both the calves and soleus. You might also try doing some serious foam rolling, or lax ball work on the area to relieve any knots or tightness that might be attributing to that. I would definitely start stretching it and if you cramp I would probably do dynamic stretching for the calves right before working them to see if that helps as well.

You have some beefy bulls there. The soleus doesn't seem under developed or anything. Unless your feeling an imbalance or trying to grow them for something specific I wouldn't worry too much about them at all. However I would definitely incorporate some dynamic stretching before hand to see if it helps avoid the cramping.
 
IT's the camera angle and flexed. They are actually small.

You can't fake that, they may not be huge but they have plenty size and shape that no one but you will ever look at them and call them small.

I didn’t like then ending either but I realized after staying for all credits and seeing the final scene there was a sequel coming. Watched it at a Drive In, along with Incredibles 2. That also has a third part coming. Although you may not care about it. It’s an awesome cartoon. The baby has powers. It’s hilarious.

Yuck; yohimbine is the worst! Also not a fan of BA, but I can tolerate it at least.

Im usually not a huge fan of yohimbine either but alpha-y works great for me. And i didnt get it for the name lol i looked at the ingredient profile of every pwo in the supp shop and this one was the best imo and i like it alot. I left with a couple really stim heavy samples and a couple non stim samples as well. Tried one of the other samples the other day and boy it got me going and kept me going for half the day after taking it at 330am. The crash was unreal though. This one doesnt have a crash at all which is nice

It does amplify aggression for me. Gives me nice clean energy, not like overly cracked out but it definitely gets me going. I used it for an energy drink for work this morning since i didnt lift this morning. Gives me quite a rush. The BA, citrulline malate, glycerol, and agmatine is a great combo for pumps. I was pretty interested in the addition of eria jarensis too. The stims in there get me sweatin like crazy. It was kinda spendy but i got a deal on it and its 40 servings

See thats kinda what i was thinking too until i tried it and it all worked together pretty well for me. Ive used it a few days in a row now and im liking it. I dont get the BA tingles which i dont mind but dont exactly care for. The stims get me sweating and pumped up and ready to go. (Which is a big deal at 330am) and the pumps are great. I think the glycerol must make up for the others being underdosed
