Starting a returning log here. Squats today. Will post some starting numbers and stuff here in a bit. Pretty disappointed with where i am compared to where i was a year and a half ago but oh well. Moving forward now

Got some protein, pre, bcaas, creatine/glutamine/taurine, fish oil, multivitamins, joint supps, chaos and pain cannibal genuis (focus boosting nootropic), some M1A, DMZ, dermacrine, lgd, ar1macare pro, and sup3r pct... I know, i know, its a little much but there was a surplus of money that we dont usually have and i figured i should take advantage while i could lol. Im not gonna need anything for a while nowSubbed! Yes! This is like the mother load of all supplement orders! Good for you tho. I mean, with kids and what not, there’s always something that pops up, which is why I don’t have much spare cash right now for supps. We are still reeling from Christmas as we had prepared for presents and travel and food, but we didn’t prepare for our daughter to fall down the stairs and have to get rushed to the hospital. Turns out she was fine, but that CT Scan and everything totaled $750. I bought a pair of $20 bluetooth headphones off amazon and they were one of the best purchase I’ve made.Got myself my first ever pair of bluetooth headphones so im taking them for a spin and gonna hit some chest and tris today

Understandable! Keep showing up and building, you’ll get back to where you were at!Leg day! I love leg day. How hard it is to move weights i used to do with ease is frustrating still and i gotta remind myself often that i havent been back at it consistently for long but progress is coming quickly
Not always but usually. I do low bar back squats so my back squats hit more of the hamstring/glute area so i do front squats to hit the quads. And its crazy i used to squat WAY more. My working sets on squat right now are less than my working sets on bench were 1.5 years ago. Thankfully i didnt lose it all though. Just gonna keep going heavier and more reps and keep that progress rollingThat’s some good weight on squats and front squats man. Do you always follow up squats with front squats? I think I’m going to incorporate front squats after my deadlifts to see if that helps beef up my leg strength.
Just keep on keepin’ on brotha! Those stats are still impressive to me... those are my goals so to speak.
