Starting a returning log here. Squats today. Will post some starting numbers and stuff here in a bit. Pretty disappointed with where i am compared to where i was a year and a half ago but oh well. Moving forward now

So here we go. Ill post some pictures and stuff here in a bit so i can keep track of my progress. Did a quick leg workout today. Wasnt feeling it and didnt have a huge amount of time.

Squats.
Warm up sets 135x5x2

Main sets 225x5x5. Breaking myself in slow to avoid injury and being miserably sore. Used to do 315x5x5 easy. Heavier when i felt good. Part of the reason im disappointed with where im at.

Leg press

Through some decline situps and leg raises in for s**** and giggles.

Excited for progress and to get back to where i was and even further

Legs today. Felt great was the first time i was really able to hit it hard with the intensity i used to have and muscle memory is kicking in and feeling more confident with heavier weights though im still breaking myself in slowly to avoid any setbacks.

About to hit some shoulders and maybe some abs. Strength seems to be coming back nicely and my energy levels have been up from where they were. Vascularity is coming back too. Will update workout when im done

Today technically shouldve been a rest day but came in for 30 minutes of cardio (bike) and a good ab smashing. Thinking im gonna start doing this once a week cause ive always neglected my abs and i want my six pack back so gonna be working towards it

Got some protein, pre, bcaas, creatine/glutamine/taurine, fish oil, multivitamins, joint supps, chaos and pain cannibal genuis (focus boosting nootropic), some M1A, DMZ, dermacrine, lgd, ar1macare pro, and sup3r pct... I know, i know, its a little much but there was a surplus of money that we dont usually have and i figured i should take advantage while i could lol. Im not gonna need anything for a while now

Yes! This is like the mother load of all supplement orders! Good for you tho. Turns out she was fine, but that CT Scan and everything totaled $750. And then my dog is about to pearl out anytime now but we are still spending between $100-150 a month of meds for him.

I bet man. Those supersets always get my heart pumping, the sweat pouring. I used to take a cue from Arnold and super bench press and pullups. Holy smokes, I’d be drenched by the 5th set.

Leg day! I love leg day. How hard it is to move weights i used to do with ease is frustrating still and i gotta remind myself often that i havent been back at it consistently for long but progress is coming quickly

That’s some good weight on squats and front squats man. Do you always follow up squats with front squats? I think I’m going to incorporate front squats after my deadlifts to see if that helps beef up my leg strength.

Not always but usually. I do low bar back squats so my back squats hit more of the hamstring/glute area so i do front squats to hit the quads. And its crazy i used to squat WAY more. My working sets on squat right now are less than my working sets on bench were 1.5 years ago. Thankfully i didnt lose it all though. Just gonna keep going heavier and more reps and keep that progress rolling

Just keep on keepin’ on brotha! Those stats are still impressive to me... those are my goals so to speak. I can toss around big weight on the bench, but I really want to do three plates on bench one day for a set of 8 reps. #goals But just doing what you move on squats and front squats is a good enough goal for me for now!
