Glycobol didn't work for me... SlinShot u will love

Glycobol = GI distress, green poop

SlinShot = no GI distress, no green poop

Guess it all boils down to what color you like your poop. When I want green poop though, I eat this:
 
WOW!!! Purus is at it again.. Just finished logging Condense and loved it, next up for me was MM. Would love to log it and compare it to condense( which i have 2 more tubs) side by side... Most of u guys followed along Invalid Link Removed.

Get in on the ConDense man. I was waiting for Purus to bring energy & pumps to the market. Believe me when I say it, rep or not ConDense would be in my top choice for pre works. ConDense is all I use as or late, MM if things really need a jolt.
Ok, I'll appy for ConDense. I can compare to MM and see which is better. I can only log a PWO due to currently logging a test and gh booster.

See which you enjoy better. MM is straight out energy. ConDense you can tailor your energy & also have some added pump/endurance benefits. :)

Why I want the above product: Reviews have been great! I'm recently back in the gym after a bicycle accident. Lost a lot of gains and trying to get them back to my 190-195 range I havent found that ultimate stack yet so I'm hoping to find it here

What product I want to log: Condense

Why I want the above product: I am a pre-W.O. sceptic these days. I have yet to find something that gives us larger folks Energy/Focus/Pump. Been rotating through quite a few lately. I like Volitile but it took a nose dive the last week I was on it. AndroDrive was solid for Energy/Focus but the insomnia killed it for me. Jack3d Micro and Craze have been total flops for me. Assault was good but drinking it for a month took a toll. I'm still searching and have a pessimistic feeling that I'll never find what I'm looking for. So Condense is actually one of next pre-W.O. I was going to try out and I came across this opportunity. Figured I better apply.

Why you should choose me: Again, I'm a sceptic looking for something that works for the larger humans walking around on the planet. The one thing I cannot find to add to my arsenal is a great pre W.O that can provide Energy/Focus/Pump. I have everything else in order but I am missing the final piece I need to make each workout something to remember. So bring it on.

Im currently running the thunder and lighting stack! Its going awesome im finally vascular! And im loving it. Best stack by far. I want to run dpol for a full 8 weeks but only have one bottle and im currently pretty broke. So this log opportunity is perfect.

Choose me because im really dedicated and i will do a great log. I love your products and 8 weeks of dpol would be crazy:)

Went down to vitamin shop and bought another dpol i couldnt wait for the log but i will still log it anyway. Is there anyway i can change my submission to muscle marinade just noticed me condense is almost gone and would love to try and log MM Condense is the best pre workout ive ever tried by the way:)
 
I would like to apply. I am 27 years old. Been training for the last 11 years or so. I am training with a 4x a week upper/lower split right now. My diet is currently 40/40/20 and I am eating 600 over maintenance.

I would like to try slinshot. I am bulking right now and could really use the help with keeping the fat gains to a minimum. I have tried glycobol like some of the above posters and was not that impressed. I would love to see how slinshot works! I can keep a detailed log and update frequently.
 
Ok so i got my log all set and ready to go, I dont know if Grambo is gona pick me for the product or not but I got a bottle of Condense shipped to Guam anyway and it should be in today. sadly work ****ed up my schedule so I wont be able to use it today and my log will have to start tomorrow (saturday on Guam, we are a day ahead of the mainland U.S.) but nonetheless I will be posting a log just for the benefit of Purus, myself, and the AM community ^^! Even if i dont get choosen for the product i want to log I dont care cuz im doin the log anyway and hopefully it benefits a lot of people. Im real excited for Condense and honestly I hope it really works well cuz so far Im likin wat Purus has to offer and hopefully I become a fan lol.....anyway, log starts tomorrow Im 5 weeks out from my comp and i will post pics (mostly shots of vasculaity, thats what Condense is for right?) hope this **** works ;)

Training: Cardio/ Delts and Traps
4am – 5 minutes stretch
Cardio fasted state 45 minutes 65-75% HRM (heart rate max)
15 minutes light resistance training. This was only to get the blood flowing to the delts and traps nothing crazy just light sets with 12 – 20 reps.
5 minutes stretch
8am – 5 minutes stretch
30 minutes cardio 65-90% HRM
Delts & Traps: I am particular about my training and it goes all by feel and my Macronutrient intake. You wont see any numbers at this stage because I often go by feel for pump and take sets to failure majority of the time. However I can say that the rep range does stay within 8 – 15 reps per set. So its safe to say that estimation of the numbers range from 60 – 80% of my 1RM (1 rep max). Today I was without a partner so I was in the range of about 60 – 70% 1RM. Nonetheless these are the numbers for sets per exercise; do not expect exact numbers or calculations, I base my sets on “the pump” and the “mind muscle connection.” Also do note that this is somewhat incomplete as I will not note any exercises that are used to maintain pumps. What I mean by this is that in some instances I will do an additional set if I feel that a set was not sufficient in bringing a good pump to the muscles or it lacked failure. These exercises will not be noted and are often isolation exercises to target specific muscle fibers.
*note: I do warm up sets, these are not included in total sets, weights vary and are not above 40% 1RM
SUPERSET – Dumbbell Military press/ front lateral raise: 4 sets, Increments of 10-20lbs.
1st – 120lbs (60lb dumbbells)/ 60lbs (30lb dumbbells)
2nd – 140lbs/ 50lbs
3rd – 160lbs/ 80lbs
4th – 100lbs, 80lbs, 40lbs (drop-set) military press DB

SUPERSET – Side lateral raise machine/ military press machine: 3 sets, varied weight.
1st – 90lbs/ 65lbs
2nd – 100lbs/ 65lbs
3rd – 100lbs, 70lbs/ 65lbs (that **** got tight lol!)

Front Lateral Raise – 2 sets (total weight added, each dumbbell comes separately) (batteries not included, only pure will!)…..and sweat!
1st – 60lbs
2nd – 80lbs

SUPERSET – Pec deck rear delt machine/ side lateral raise: 2 sets
1st – 115lbs/ 40lbs
2nd – 145lbs/ 50lbs

*Additional exercise estimate: 2/1 set each

15 minutes cardio 65 – 70% HRM

*NOTES*
First time I’ve felt depleted in a while; last years’ competition I was depleted and tired 3 weeks out up to the weigh in. I noticed it on the stair stepper and felt pretty tired at that point. Idk if it was from waking up and doing cardio so early, but the second session end cardio was a bit tiresome. I feel better now, ate my food and now going to work for an 8 hour shift. Got all my meals packed n ready to go. ALSO gona stop by the PO to see if my Condense is here and if it is I might just take it during work for an afternoon pick me up ;D!
