If you are doing cardio before you even eat, you are burning straight fat... You will make progress just adding that simple change! Then what you take in the rest of the day needs to be clean just for your body(muscles if you have them...) to feed on.
its a solid way to go about shredding some fat. in September last year i was at like 25%. i had lost a ton of weight but wanted to lean up more. along with re-cleaning up my diet i started doing pre breakfast hiit cardio and post work out steady state. by november i was at like 15% and was happy with that so i dropped the early morning sessions. in my anabolic log at about 8 weeks i'll make sure to document it because im gonna switch from a lean bulk to cutting out any of the fat i gained on cycle.I understand your way of thinking...

Did you notice any changes by removing the morning sessions & just doing it after work out?

I do 30min after after lift... It's made a great difference! I will never go back to not doing cardio!! It's definitely a staple in my training/life style now!

I would say you are pretty lean, but still a good ways off what I would consider peeled(from the back).Peeled!

You just seem to hold more of your fat on your back side(I am the complete opposite..LOL)I think even when I bulk to go for my pro card, I'll still do some cardio in the mornings. In my mind it's to beneficial not to.

Yeah I'm definitely on my way to peeled but not there yet. I haven't even started dehydrating yet.

I'm doing physique, so I wont need to be as lean as the bodybuilders in those photos.

Did you really just say 5-10 grams a day of creatine. You all must love to be bloated and not eat enough meat. Once you are saturated you need 1/4 to a 1/3 of that.
oufinny is correct, 3g daily is sufficient.Creatine is Creatine, just no need to take a lot if it's not needed.

On the fasted cardio, non optional, I do it every morning and hate it. But that's mostly due to joint pain, haven't noticed much of a difference by way if doing it with or without food in the system, at least for me personally.

I have been on Lean Gains for 2 months and might have leaned out a little bit but I think cardio 3 days a week might help me. I struggle with my strength when dieting and struggle with my weight/fat when I can lift heavy. I have come to accept that I am not genetically gifted in the physique department but I am still trying d@mn1t!!
