Chicken

Hey

I need some help, I am having chicken every day and recently I have been having it just dry with rice its pretty boring and has no taste

What suggestions do people have?

Make it into a stir-fry with some broccoli, EVCO, and whatever else you'd like (e.g. lime, garlic, cayenne, fish sauce).

one trick that is nice is rather than dry baking it, do it in a deeper pan and keep a little bit of water in the bottom. that keeps the chicken moister.

The Mrs Dash line is nice, thermogenesauce is pretty cool too Invalid Link Removed

Same as above but I cover it in my favorite spicy salsa and bake it. Then you can also throw some of the salsa on the rice.

this!!
i eat stir fry on the regular. i use a little bit of korean teriyaki suace..goes a long way so you dont need to douche your food with it to have flavor. also been crackin a couple eggs into the mix for extra protein :D

I just put spices on it and then either shred it and mix in FF cheese and Thermogensauce or i will put franks buffalo sauce on it.

actually found it good with some greek yogurt, brown rice some walnuts and a shot of coconut milk add some cinn and your set.
Old bay isnt to bad my new thing this week, and hot sauce at times.

Johny's salt seasoning, is my go to. It really is pure magic. Also you can coat it in sauce and grill it I am a fan of meat on a stick so lime sauce and grilling makes it awesome.

Agreed.! That thermogenesauce is amazing. I put that stuff on everything. I put a tablespoon on each meal or even more. Stuff tastes amazing and it's hot.

Find a seasoning you like. Find a sauce you like. Cook it differently (grill, broil, bake). Try and cook it right, if it's dry you didn't cook it right! Try other meats... it's not great to eat the same protein everyday

Mrs Dash is amazing. If my diet is more lenient that I'll marinate it in Mr. Stubbs sauces. I also have a curried eggplant and chicken dish I like to make. Diet friendly, I can give you the recipe its pretty basic.

I always liked making fried rice (teriyaki, butter) and then putting the Chicken on it and then putting General Tso's sauce on it. A bit high in sodium but oh well, I really like it!

Add some pepper sauce and/or lemon to it, seriously. Try melting some low carb cheese on top of it too, yummy.
