Cherry Poppin' Pinnin' Cycle!!

Pinned the TE in left glute. It hurt going in and also while inj the oil. Much more than usual, not sure why. Whatever. My POS amp opener is fvckin gay!! I had to DUMP the first amp because tiny shards of glass got in it, i'm fvckin PISSED!!! :aargh: :aargh: :aargh: Anyone recommend a good one to use that DOESN'T SUCK!?!? UGH!!!
 
DAY 9: Chest, Delts, Tri's, Back Width, Back Thickness

Incline Smythe BB Bench - 8,5,3 = 16 total reps. this is fvckin SICK cuz I added 10lbs AND a 1 rep increase since the last DC session!!! time to add 10 more lbs next time! :woohoo: then i did the DB sretch for chest.

Smythe Mil Press - 5,4,2 = 11 total reps. got 12 reps last session, but also added 10lbs this time, so that's still very pleasing. then did the underhand grip delt stretch using the BB on the smythe machine.

Reverse Grip Smythe BB Bench - 8,5,3 = 16 total reps, too many. time to add 10lbs next time. last session i used the same weight and got 12 reps, so again the increase is stellar. afterward I did 1 drop set of tricep pushdowns cuz I fvckin felt like it! felt great and the tri pump was very nice!

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns - 8,4,almost puked, lol. didn't do the 3rd rest pause set of these due to that reason. took 400mg caffeine and forgot water, so that probably has something to do with it. although i was drinking from the water fountain in between sets. probably should've left, but thought "fvck being a little b!tch, I gotta represent the fvckin DOOM CREW and be hardcore!!!" SO I kept going :bruce2:

Bent Over DB Rows - 2 sets of 12 reps. No RP back thickness exercises :nono: then did the hanging from a pull-up bar stretch for back. HAD to leave and couldn't do a 3rd set because I literally had trouble standing and was starting to see white lights lmao. that's the last time I take caffeine pre-wo. I felt so damn tired and almost talked myself out of lifting and going back to sleep instead. LMFAO brother lol.....Yea take like 200mgs of da caff and see how that is. I had to take some caff yesterday to even drag myself to da gym so I know what you mean. 200mgs and a few 1gm taurine caps seems to be the sweet spot for me.:thumbsup:
 
your total reps per excercise look rather low in my eyes.... and quiting on the lat pulldowns :nono: meowwww

fvck you :lol: also, with DC, 15 is the MAX for most exercises. if you hit 15 total reps, then you need to add weight per Jason Wojo and Dante himself.

The thing with me is my family already knows that.I mean it's one thing to be big,it's aniother to put on 15-20lbs of pure muscle in a matter of months.Maybe the change won't be as drastic as I think it will or as some portray it to be.I have though of this though......"well just like with anything else,with experience comes knowledge.I'm much smarter in the gym,and I only eat foods my body needs to grow now.Plus I guess my metabolism finally slowed down allowing more of what I eat to go to muscle.Also what you see now is the result of years of diet and training.I didn't get this way in a short amount of time.".........Sound good?
 
i dont gain more than 5-10lbs in any given cycle anyway so the changes arent drastic like others. My coworkers id be worried about, to see you gain that fast and then offcycle go back down, back and forth something might pop up.

That sounds more reasonable.Some say that they are going to gain 20-30lbs of muscle in one cycle.Thats probably true if you don't lift or follow a diet,and then you start with test as well.I can't imagine that for a trained,already built guy though.In blood and guts it says how dorian has built 70lbs of pure muscle,well I have put on about 20-30,so we'll say it's 25,give me 30 from test,I only got one more cycle to go before I meet or pass dorian yates..........A guy at my gym juices and he's def more advanced than me,but the difference is nowhere near night and day like some would believe.

seems like most people do. I think part of it is that life happens. its not always easy to get in tons of protein, its not always easy to get workouts in, when you look at most guys here they have gaps where they lost a lot of progress due to a car accident, loss of job, girlfriend (gain or loss :D) etc. doesn't take much

yeah actually i keep coming down to 210-215lbs after i cycle, no matter how much i gained in the cycle within a month or so im back down to that weight again. Its not that bad because i still look more developed then i did previously at that weight so body comp and overall look is better even after losing the weight. ive been up to 231lbs but the norm is 213lbs. DOnt ask me why. Alot of top tier bbers only gain maybe max 10lbs in one year.

I can relate to that man.My average body weight for the longest time was 180.I would get bigger and stronger,but still weigh 180.I have heard guys like Markus ruhel and dennis wolf mention how their gains are much slower than the average guy starting out.I understand that cause they are so fvcking big and have been using for a while.Thats my whole point about a built guy not blowing up like someone who's new to bb'ing.I wouldn't want to blow up cause thats when everyone knows somethings up.

What are average gains for test?Guess it all depends on the person,training experience,size and all.I could see maybe 15 lbs on me for a first cycle dosed at the highest average dose for my first time.But 30lbs?I have pics in my log "pantera's vulgar display of power!!!"I was roughly 162 in them,imagine me at 190 in 3 months from first injection!!!!I think I'd need dangerous amounts of test,gh,and slin to maybe get close to that.....Just doesn't seem possible to me.
 
30lbs of what tho? i'd say its possible, 3-5 lbs could be water alone, then 10 of fat, and 15 of muscle. not too out of line honestly for 3 months. 2.5lbs a week is a lot, but not totally crazy since we're only talking about a little over a pound being muscle.

Exactly man!I just seen before and after pics of a guy who gained 30lbs off 500 mg's of sust.Doesn't look anywhere near 30lbs of muscle!He's still lean,but the muscle difference is nowhere near what I atleast imagine it would be.Then he mentions he got a 24hr virus or something and loss a sh!t load of weight,but still feels strong in the gym.This is during his PCT so he must of been carrying a good amount of water.They say test will bloat you.

I've asked them on many different occasions if they can notice how much bigger I am. They say "no, not really because we see you almost everyday." They tell their friends who comment and say "Wow JJ! you're really getting bigger aren't you?" They tell them "yea, it takes a while to show, but his hard work is starting to pay off." Hopefuly it will stay that way, but if any questions are raised, they know how many supps I take and natty T boosters I buy. I'll just tell them it's the natty T boosters and a combination of changing my diet and eating dirty. I'm not really worried about it myself, as I am fairly confident that no suspicion will occur.

Yeah my family knows all I do too.I just don't want to see them one day,then a month later everyone be like "I'd say he made the jump.........."I doubt it will happen.I always get comments after designers though,but I don't see my family everyday.I do see my Dad all the time cause I work with him,but not others.That was one thing I was thinking is if he could all the sudden watch me grow before his eyes you know?Like I have already stated though,I don't think the changes will be that drastic at all.I'll probably laugh at myself one day for thinking that.I already have about designers........
 
DAY 15: Bi's, Forearms, Calves, Hams, Quads

Standing DB Curls - 7,4,2 Rest Paused= 13 TOTAL REPS

Reverse EZ Bar Curls - 3 sets of 12

Standing Cable Curls - 3 sets of 6, then a drop set to 10 reps
Stretches for arms.

Calve Raises - 3 sets of 20

Seated Leg Curls - 9,5,3 Rest Paused = 17 TOTAL

Hack Squats - 2 sets of 4 reps

Stretches for hams and quads. During these I ripped my boxers while putting my right leg on the BB, in the smythe machine :lol: I put it almost all the way up and rrrrrrriiiiiiippp! lmao. it was pretty loud, so i looked around, but thankfully nobody heard it.

Had a great session tonight. Aggression is increased as well as vascularity. I struggled to get that 3rd rep on leg curls. I thought I was gonna bust a nut, but not in a good way lol. Libido is still increased, as well as appetite. Nips are a little puffy, but barely noticeable. Acne is increased unfortunately. Bedroom performance is also increased. Things are going pretty well so far :)

I decided to save the form, so I bought 6-OXO. they're not itchy or anything, just a little puffy. i'm not bloated either, but then again my bf% is fairly low, so that helps. i'll start using the 6-OXO if I need it, but so far all is good. I just want the fvckin T to kick in!! lol. only a few more weeks :twisted:

Are the puffy nipples common during the cycle? I thought that would usually surface in PCT or shortly thereafter?

Puffy nips can occur both during and after a cycle. ANY flux in ANY hormone can cause this. Progesterone, estrogen, test, etc. Usually the nips only get puffy ON cycle when you're taking a compound that aromatizes. m1,4add and T BOTH aromatize, so it may be due to that. But I am experiencing ZERO bloat, so it may not be estrogen related.
 
I was going to do that myself, but pinning EOD as opposed to twice per week was not a good idea. At least IMO due to my noobness inj-wise.

I have seen theirs two aproaches to that there.That one,and then the complete opposite.It will give me plenty of practice,and get me used to injecting.The one chosen depends on the individual.

Thanks a lot for the encouragement brotha! I can't fvckin wait! I'm hoping to KEEP 20lbs after it is all said and done. We will see though. I gained 15 and kept 11 after my phera/SD bridge, so IMO it is 100% possible. Keep me updated via PM on your winter bulk and what compounds you're going to use. :thumbsup:

Haha, yea that is true. I chose the latter also due to the pain most experience with prop. I'm sure it's exaggerated, but i've ALWAYS HATED pinz my whole life, so I went with the conservative route. Also did it because steady gains over a 3 month period sounded better for me. I'll run prop during a cut along with another compound in the spring, so i'll see what it's like eventually. Should've went to the dark side sooner. Drop bf, gain mass, strength, AND have a raging libido all at the same time!? pppffftt! How cold someone NOT want to run T?(rhetorical ?) lol.

I remember PoopyPants telling all of us that were planning on a Test/D-bol cycle that we would definitely need an AI to run with it due to the fact that both compounds aromatize pretty heavily. I believe he is correct. I will probably run A-dex @ .5 mg. EOD with my cycle. I really hate estrogen-bloat. I don't want to watch the definition that I've worked so hard to achieve suddenly fade away. But I would dose an AI really low, so as to not crush estrogen, but merely lower it slightly. A better approach IMO is Proviron it will compete with E for receptor sites and prevent gyno, if you take Adex EOD you WILL limit gains, because a certain amount of Arom. to E is necessary to facilitate full growth. I personally have never ran an AI bc I want to blow up then dry out when off cycle. The ONLY problem I have ever had was a little prostate swelling but this only occurred after wk 6 or 8, and I was in the gm a week club........

i'm taking 325mg/day of saw palmetto to prevent prostate issues. if proviron wasn't so fvckin expensive i'd try it out as well.
