Chained Out vs Xtend/Other BCAA supps

Im currently looking for a good bcaa supp.
I bought chained out after speaking to the owner of ALRI in person, but now that i think about it, the BCAAs in Chained out are bonded to malic acid. So in turn im not getting 7g of PURE BCAAs.

I read its about 3g total BCAAs based on malic acids weight.

Now idk how much of this is true but if you all think i should get my money back and buy a more science based product like Xtend, I will. But my question is how much am i really getting in terms of BCAAs in chained out.
 
I just got AMS Body Mortar and am really enjoying it. 4:1:1 ratio. Great value since a serving has 7g of Leucine. Has lot of carbs but in my case I've actually lost fat because I wasn't getting enough, plus I work out first thing in the morning so I kind need them. Tastes great too, not sure what some of the taste complaints are about. Tastes like weak kool aid to me.

Also use LG's BCAA+EAA and love it too. These are hydrolyzed aminos.
 
I have been using vpx power shock and really like it. I can actually tell it is making a difference. It taste good in fruit punch and I am realy picky on taste

Yeah, that one too. Seemed to help. I just hate seing a buttload of ingredients and not knowing how much you're getting.
 
Ive tried both of those, but I dont trust VPX as they push COP as a creatine when its not, good taste tho
Also i dont need 30g of carbs in my BCAAs
I was merely curios if i was actually getting 7g of BCAAs in my chained out or not, also if it helps
I do 7g BCAAs 30min pre-wo
and 10g BCAAs right after the workout, from layne nortons recomendations
 
I'd say keep the chained out and get ibcaa by pp add a scoop or 2 of that and you'll be golden. If that is not an option chained out is not the worst.
 
it is an option actually, so i guess ill just order the IBCAA as i was planning to, but it kinda defeats the purpose of chained out, nonetheless i enjoy PP products
 
Nope chained out is great tasting and will flavor ibcaa. I actually do the same thing.
 
I've been through a tub and come change of USP's MordernBCAA and really enjoying it so far. I've had Xtend as my staple,tried BCAA+EAA by LG,and Power Shock and I'm liking MBCAAs the most.
 
Usp labs has an 8:1:1 ration, so why not just use straight Leucine? it tastes like crap and i have NO idea how much im gettin of anything in their formula, USP needs to step their game up. only my opinion.

But ill pick up some IBCAA this weekend then, maybe add 1 scoop and 1 scoop of each since its about 3-4g of BCAA in Chained out so itll be 8-9g total BCAA.

How is the PP Creapure btw?

Leucine requires the other 2 to work best, just not that much of them, hence 8:1:1.

The formula isn't that complex to figure out. it's a BCAA + Sustamine. 10g of actives, 2-3g of sustamine (based of the recommended doses I've seen) means 7-8g of BCAA at 8:1:1.

I'd ask if you've actually tasted it... The flavour is simply very mild when used with the recommended amount of water.
 
Im aware it requires the other two to work. My question is in the 8:1:1 ratio is the small amount of the other two Aminos (valine, isoleucine) enough to make it work? Did usp say it has about 2-3 g of Sustamine or is that based on the research done on Sustamine alone?
Yes i work at vitamin shoppe and we have a sample tub of Modern BCAA there, White Raspberry or whatever it is, to try, ive tried it 3 times...you can taste the leucine in it and its very light, not undrinkable but not good enough to make me want it.
 
I would have to agree on the taste of the usp, grape smells good but taste isnt the best. It is really hard to cover up leucine though. I have it in bulk and it will gag a maggot
 
Ok so i did some extensive research and emailed ALRI, and i was infromed by Author L. Rea, its not 3g per 7g BCAA malates, its about 66-67% BCAA and the rest malate. So thats about 5g, also he informed me the benefits of BCAA malates over free form.

Based on research I found.

Sure it's not a strong flavor, but it's natural flavoring and for that it's pretty great considering how bad leucine tastes. I personally look forward to working out with it every time, but thats just me.
 
Nitrates are awesome. I had power shock 1 bottle. I will get more I think take 1 serving and 1 scoop of modern bcaa
