how many days does it take to recover from deadlifting?

Depends on how many working sets you do. I'd say at least 4-5. If not fully recovered, you won't break any PR's.

About 10 days to fully come back from it. Deadlift only every other week. Otherwise your lumbar erectors are in a permanent state of fatigue and they are what's keeping your spine from ripping apart whenever you do something strenuous. You do, strenuous things, don't you? :think:
