ok sinner i did 75`s for 6 today. so my avi is going back up. however i dont see this as beating you so i`m not going to make you put up a gay one till tuesday when i do 80`s for 5
 
oh so today was just a fast 20 min workout. my gay ass gym closes at 3 on sundays. but it was really strong. very good pumps. im seeing some nice cuts in my arms and delts. i think this sesamax fish oil stuff is working pretty good. fish burps are fcuking sick tho.
ill be doing a full workout tomorrow with chest. going to shoot for a flat DB press of 145`s for 8. we`ll see.

my weight is up to 269lbs and im looking leaner than before i started the cycle so i would guess my BF% to be 11-12.
i`m going to get some of that x lean stuff to help cut up the mid section.

i was so zoned when only in dreams came on my ipod.
