No i'm saying once you find out your max deadlift, stop pulling from the floor entirely for like 4-6 weeks and go real heavy on rack pulls, you'll be using roughly 100lbs more than u can pull from the floor, then after the 4-6 weeks go back to pulling from the floor. You should be able to get a nice 30lbs+ jump in weight from that, also pound those goodmornings those are really underrated and do core work. I go for strength AND size so i borrow alot of techniques from powerlifting, olympic lifting and bodybuilding, you get the best of all 3 worlds.
