i dont know what came over me today but i was in the fcuking zone. i was taking very short breaks between sets and just very very focused!

on a side note- by what this site says , my max bench should be over 500lbs. not sure but i think im going to try next week.

i also wanted to add that my arms went numb at rep 20 and the last two were banged out with pure anger.
 
I'm not a fan of those max rep calculators because they assume your fiber type ratio. For me, someone who is predominantly type-I (slow twitch), the 1rm calculators is never close to correct because people like me can rep out very high percentages of their max.

well i would still guess that 450 would be a safe bet. 405 wasn`t nearly as hard as i thought it was going to be. but i really doubt that i could hit over 500. but who knows. :think:

You won't find Google's name anywhere but the web search engine's new help-wanted ad reads: "(First 10-digit prime found in consecutive digits of e).com".

Here's what it would take to get to an application. First, you have to know that "e" is an important number in calculus, an "irrational" number, like pi or the square root of two that starts 2.718281828 and keeps going forever. (It's equal to 1 plus 1/X raised to the Xth power, where X equals infinity.)

Now, identify the first string of 10 digits after the decimal that is a number evenly divisible only by itself and 1. Here's a little hint if you don't have a super computer handy: The answer is 7427466391.

The website that is at Invalid Link Removed leads to another with a string of solutions to four variables and a blank after the fifth. You have to realise you are looking for strings of 10 digits in e that add up to 49.

since i`ve been drinking over 2 gallons of h2o a day my stims have been kicking in nasty. ( just like SS said) today i took 3 lipo 6, a 200mg caffien tab and 3 scoops of no xplode. i drank the n o while doing my pre lift cardio of tread mill at 15 incline at 4.5 mph

im on " step 4" now kinda. im waiting for my clomid to get here and im running BAM and JW with clen right now.
im down 5lbs but i feel bigger. i am also a bit stronger. did back today and no weight was up but reps were up and easyer.
