i know many of you have done more than this but its my all time max.

doing so many sets kinda killed the rest of my workout but who cares!!!

I'm just playing bro...I'm barely putting up 315 nowadays...

405 is a thing of the past for me...and most likely not in the near future...

405 is insane.... I think you sold me on tren for the future.

its a wise choice. very hard lean gains, no bloat and as you see the strength is amazing.

now i just have to get my deadlift over 500 and ill be happy........for now. :dl:

Don't you have to sleep if you want to see gains... ?

Technically, NO. A good night's sleep is always great to have, but all you really need are calories.

Muscle cells are made from carbs, fats, micronutrients, and proteins (primarily proteins). Due to the natural chemistry of your body (and the fact that fat is about twice as calorie dense as muscle tissue), you're body is less apt to store calories as muscle. That's where certain hormones come in to play. Some hormones (like Tren) catalyze the reactions necessary to store calories as muscle. This means more calories will be stored as muscle than as bodyfat.

The reason a good night's sleep is helpful is because rest can give your body a chance to recooperate these hormones.


(Hopefully, I'm not talking out of my ass with this one. I'm sure I made some sort of technical error in my explanation and someone will say something. So in advance: my bad. :))

You need sleep, but I'm not sure the 8-10hrs thing isn't overrated. In fact, I'd say sleep is probably overrated for the most part. 6hrs or so is probably sufficient for most, especially if you're on some good 'ol hormones like Tren.
 
What do you guys think about the whole epi/havoc/hemo controversy?

One minute I'm sold on epi, then some new doctor starts posting that it isn't legit, then some more labwork, then my brain explodes, lol.

Yeah, that tends to happen when you try dumbing it down to a few brief sentences. Plus I don't believe hormones are technically a catalyst. It's been a long day.

EPI is good stuff. i cant say anything about havoc but sinner seemed to gat good gains off it. i say who cares! just buy one and lift!

from what i understand, if you surf then not only can you not sleep but you can drink only water and eat some chips and you`ll be way jacked!!! :rofl:

Both seem to be strong steroids--that's all anyone can say ATM. I guess that's all that matters, too. All I'd worry about is bloodwork + results.

Patrick Arnold was joking that he believes that the structure is wrong for Epi (he didn't post enough data to prove his point, he just said he "believed" it to be that way), but he even still said that it seemed to be working good enough that even if it was a mistake it seems to have worked out to be a good one in regards to results. So, nobody can argue that epi doesn't work.

The aside is that its a bit disheartening to see QC issues and the possibility of having labels not match actual products.
 
i really think doing max rep sets with 225 has helped my max go up a lot. its crazy how light it feels.

i wonder if the same would go for deadlifting?

Nah I told you that they do max sets with 225 for competition in the Pre Pro Bowl games and at scouting combines.

I can't believe I never noticed that GIANT mole. For the longest time on Dr. Liftalot's log, I couldn't figure out what the heck you were talking about.
