yeah im feeling a little better now and im lookin forward to lifting tomorrow. i know as soon as i do a few sets and see my tree trunk arms looking back at me................... all will be right with the world again. :cheers:

did back and bi`s just now. i wont say it was a "bad" workout but its been really hard to get pumped up about working out lately. i`ve been taking 3-lipo 6 1-200mg caffeine tab and 2-3 scoops of smash and i cant get a buzz off it. i was like 10 days ago but now its not doing anything fo me. i feel like going to the gym is a chore now and i used to really enjoy going. i know stress has a lot to do with it but i cant shake it off. ANYWAYS enough crying........

my power hasn`t gone down at all. just the intensity and indurance.

again i do my deadlifts mid workout b/c i feel like it warms me up for it. i did all my other lifts today and there was no major increse in weight. my DB curls (normal and hammer) are pretty good. doing sets with 70`s is getting easy now. i just wish i could feel better and enjoy this strengh i have. :(
 
How much longer are you running the tren for? If I were you, I would get on some HCG asap. That'll cure just about all that ails you. :drunk:

i have about 2 weeks i guess. but i might just end it early cause there is no way im taking it on the plane with me and i dont feel like mailing it.

yeah im flying back to Philly for a job interview next week. my wife really really doesn`t want me to go. she want to just live near her mommy and daddy forever. but i cant handle being in texas anymore.i mean im nerves about going back home but i think its the best thing to do.

as far as my cycle go`s i was planning on a JW/clen cycle next but SS thinks i should run some clomid with it for pct. so ill prob do that. SS is always right about these kind of things. he also made a good point that another big reason why i feel like shi t is b/c im not drinking enough water. i was downing about 2 gallons before and the last few days i`ve been down to less than 1 gallon. that plus super loading on stims is bad news. so im holding my jug of h2o right now and not putting it down till its gone.:cheers:

ya all the time havin to depend on stims will wear you out and comin down kills your attitude.... gl on the interveiw and i agree some clomid should get you hpta back up and goin quick and should def be used after tren.... or at least somethin big like torem or another serm to get the boys back quick..... clomids cheaper for sure though

i always hate coming off cycle and when i stop bulking but then my frowns tune upside down when i can see my ABS again!!!!:woohoo: :woohoo:

thanks buddy. well i started the lift on the first try i didnt have my grip right so i reset and hit it again. after i put it down i had a weird pain in my neck and a ringing in my ears. never had that happen before. maybe it was God`s way on giving me a pat on the butt and saying "good lift" :dl:
 
When I first hit 500 on DL I felt like my body got torn apart. Deadlifted for about 3 months total because it beat me up too much. LOL. (I know, pu55y)

I may start back up again soon though. My back needs some major strengthening. Driving 2hrs/day is wrecking it.

yeah this is the first time i`ve really gotten into deadlifting. SS always told me to do it but it took till this cycle for me to get going with it. now i just need to start squating.
 
im going to try my max BB flat bench today.
im going to warm up a bit and then throw 405 on there and see what happens.

I get that every now and again. It really annoys me. A good spotter knows to use only enough force so that you can continue moving the weight; therefore, it doesn't matter how much is on the bar just so long as your spotter can provide those 2 extra ounces of force to keep the bar movin'. I also hate it when I get a spotter who thinks he has to pull with all the strength he can muster when I reach the point of muscular exhaustion. I always spot people with my pinky fingers.

hahaha. yeah i hate that sh!t. but what is worse is when you are doing a lift and while you are trying to get the last few reps in someone will run over to you and start spotting with out you asking. then they look at you like they just saved your life and you should give them a rim job.
