Cfour's LG Sprint...MMV2, AS, & T-911

Tried an experiment from the Nutrition forums last night. Invalid Link Removed recipe thread about cooking an omelette in a ziplok baggie. Ever tried fish with your omelette? I know, I know....but that's what I had on hand.

4 flounder filets on the foreman
Birdseye frozen steamers....I used Southwestern style rice
5 eggs & 2 jalapenos chopped in the blender

Cooked flounder on grill & microwaved the rice. Then I mixed all ingredients in a ziplok bag. Dropped the bag in boiling water, reduced heat & let simmer for about 12 mins.

Let the bag cool a little then slid the omelette out onto my plate. I promise it was great. I too was worried about the fish & egg thing, but they fit together right nicely.

High protein, High Carbs & comparatively low fat.:food:
 
A. State & 1 T911 early a.m. Nice little lite WO this morning. A. State & 2 T911 1 hour before pm WO. It was a good one. Super energy & focus....strength still going up. Perfect Carb with BC+EAAs intra WO.

Started out with 3 sets wide perfect pushups. Then 3 sets (heavy) incline DB bench press, then 3 sets (heavy) decline bench press.

Then dropped weight for a chest superset. Wide perfect pushups til failure, no rest, straight to flat DB flies til failure, no rest, straight to DB bench til failure. 3 supersets.

3 sets standing ez curl bar.

3 sets skull crushers.

My arms & pecs feel like jelly after this one....if no DOMS tomorrow I must be dead.
 
Curious, how do you like those perfect pushups?

Perfect Push ups are awesome bro. WOs are more intense than with regular Push up bars.

Dosed A.State plus 2 T911s about an hour before WO. Loving it baby! Can't say enough about A. State! Awesome supp!


BC+EAAs intra WO this evening....then another Lipotropic/Perfect Carb shake post WO.

My WOs have gotten longer & more intense since Perfect Carb was added to my stack. It will be a staple of mine from here on. Along with whatever Protein LG comes up with. I still say I'm gonna miss Lipotropic vanilla....dammit! Oh well, can't be helped I'm sure.

Anyways, another great WO this evening. Hit the shoulders hard. Light WO on legs....knee is a little irritated.

3 sets wide pull ups to warm up
3 sets standing Arnold presses
3 sets seated shoulder presses
3 sets front raises
3 sets lateral raises
3 sets shoulder shrugs

3 sets one legged squats ( light wght. knee bothering me)
3 sets lunges with light weight

Good solid WO....about hour & half.
 
You have made som impressive gains yourself bro :) And you still keep going which is great!
Dosing 2 T-911 pre workout is great isnt it?! My only regret is don't doing this from the start of my cycle :( Well I sure know for next time!

Checking in on ya buddy, hows everything going?

Still here bro...thx for checking up. Took a hiatus over the holiday & rested up...I needed it. Dosing T911 as usual with A State. Feels pretty nice. Early morning WO today ( shoulders ), chest & tris this evening. Perfect Carb is treating me great too....I'm loving it! Almost outta lipotropic though gotta order soon. I'll be lost without it!

Extra long hrs. at work past few days...but I'm back. Great leg WO on sunday. I absolutely destroyed chest & Tris today. 3 sets regular perfect push ups to start. My reps are up by 5 on each set now. Incline DB flies & Bench supersets (no rest). Decline DB flies & Bench supersets (no rest). Upped my weight 20 lbs. for these sets & kept same reps except for my very last set. Strength still going up. Pumps & vascularity like I've never seen! Slammed a Protein/Perfect Carb shake post WO.

Using my Carbs post WO now because I like the mix best with my protein. Finally ran out of Lipotropic & NP was out. Hit GNC & picked up Myofusion by Gaspari. Nice profile but I like the LG taste better. Also doesn't mix as thick as the lipotropic. But overall I think it will be a good protein.

In the last 2 months, I've had some awesome WOs. And some of the best gains I've personally ever seen. My MMV2 cycle has been nice to me. And I can't say enough about A State & T911!

Go pick up some Anadraulic State & T911. Throw in LG's Perfect Carb to add to your fav protein. Add in some LG BC+EAAs for your WOs! You'll have one A$$ kickin' Arsenal!

Looks like about 2 more weeks left on my PCT & my cycle is over. I will then post my final reviews. Before & after pics together and final measurements. This has been a great run. I hate it's almost over.

Well...it's over. I have to say it's been an awesome run & I hate to see it end. I'm happy with the progress & gains I've seen in the past 2 months. I want to thank everyone for the the advice, encouragement & support you've given me. You have all been great. Special thx to LG33, Craig & CC....u have been there all the way! I'm posting my B4 & After pics today. Final weigh in this morning was 175 even. That's a 6 lb. net gain. Final measurements and review tomorrow. Thanks again!

Beginning weight 169 lbs. to 175lbs.----6 lb. gain
Right Bicep 14 3/4" to 15 1/8"--------- 3/8 inch gain
Left Bicep 14 1/2" to 14 3/4"---------- 1/4 inch gain
Chest 42 1/4" to 43 1/4"-------------- 1 inch gain
Abdomen (across belly) 37" to 36"----- 1 inch drop of belly fat
Waist 33 3/4" to 34" -----------------1 inch increase around my waist?
Right Quad 21 1/2" to 21 1/2"---------no change
Left Quad 21 1/4" to 21 1/4"----------no change
Right Calf 14 1/2 " to 14 7/8"----------3/8 inch gain
Left Calf 14 " to 14 1/2"---------------1/2 inch gain

Very happy with these results. Not sure about 1/4 inch increase around my waist. I've dropped a pant size on this cycle. I think I may have misread the original measurement.

Not much on my quads. I couldn't work my legs very hard because of knee pain. Still not 100% from my surgery. Decent gains on my calves though. I'll take it.
