Are you dosing them all pre workout or do you split them up throughout the day?

All about an hour PWO. Not sure yet on how I'm gonna dose on my rest days. Waiting on an LG rep to pop in with a recommendation.
Day9....interesting day. Up another pound. Supposed to have been rest day, but decided to WO anyway. Dosed 5 pills pwo this morning. Got in an awesome chest WO. Huge pumps. Then it got interesting.
Was leaving my spare room where I WO, forgot that my Iron Gym was still hanging in the doorway & tried to shut the door. I knocked it loose and it fell & split my head open. A nice gash. So....I just got back from E.R. with staples in my head & a fricking headache. Going to take a nap.
So that is how my holiday has went:nervous:

Day12 cont....dosed 6 thru out, light WO on pull up bar. Awesome day at work today. Something I haven't talked about much in this log....mood. My work is very demanding...mentally & sometimes physically. I am an embroidery machine mechanic. I troubleshoot, repair, & maintain large industrial embroidery machines. I have over 700 sewing heads in my charge & about 60 operators (mostly female) to keep happy. If their machine is broke they aren't making $. So you can imagine how this can be hectic. Most days are wide open with 20 diff people wanting 20 diff things at the same time. Can sometimes become overwhelming & can sometimes put a fellow in a bad mood. But since about my 5th day on cycle, I have been in attack mode. Breezing thru one project to the next without in probs. My focus and concentration on task at hand is awesome. My overall mood thru the day is great. I hear some guys say they are irritable while on cycle. So far my experience is opposite. My mood has much improved. I had this same experience with T911 solo. I hope this continues.:fingersx:
Day 13..... Bis, Tris, & Traps. Good hard WO, 60 mins. with minimal rest between sets. Dosed 6 again today 1/1/4. Good energy and focus during WO. Strength def up....went 15, 12, 10 on skull crushers. I will go up in weight next time to get reps back down some. Alot more reps on Perfect pushups also.
Side notes.....2nd bottle MMV2 on the way. Another good productive day at work. Noticed some mild pain in my lower back today. All in All another great day:biggthumpup:
Day 14....Weigh in 173 lbs. Up only 1 lb. since last Friday. But I'm def looking/feeling leaner. Arms def bigger,chest about the same. Legs appear a little bigger. Biggest diff thus far is in the midsection, abs starting to peek thru. I feel like I'm adding weight/while removing weight from all the right spots. Recomp baby! I think you'll see nice improvements when time to post my after pics.
Can't wait til next Fridays weigh in after full week of dosing everyday.

Day15....rest. A little discouraged (at first), actually down a full lb. from yesterday. But I pulled out the tape & these are actual measurement gains since I started cycle. Absolutely no pump, into 2nd day of rest.
Beginning measurements.....til...... Today:
5'7" 169lbs ............................. 172.2lbs....3.2 lb gain
Right Bicep 14 3/4.................... 15".....1/4 inch gain
Left Bicep 14 1/4...................... 14 3/4".....1/2 inch gain
Chest 42 1/4............................ 43"..........3/4 inch gain
Abdomen 37 ............................ 36 1/4" across belly....3/4 inch loss
Waist 33 3/4............................ no change
Right Thigh 21 3/4.................... no change
Left Thigh 21 1/4...................... no change
Right Calf 14 1/2...................... 14 3/4".....1/4 inch gain
Left Calf 14 ............................. 14 1/4......1/4 inch gain
I haven't picked up much weight but what I have appears to be real clean. Muscle a little bigger while belly a little smaller. And these gains were on a Pulse of MMV2. Should start to see a little more dosing ED? I thought sure I would have seen some gains on Quads, working the crap outta my legs. And they "LOOK" bigger, but the tape says not. Oh well, my calves are getting bigger, happy with that! So even though a little disappointed with the weight loss the measurement gains picked me back up. All in all I think I'm doing pretty good. I'm putting everything I've got into this cycle.
O.K., let's talk belly fat. For my height & build I look pretty muscular....until you see the side view...BLAH! 36" gut sux....and I hate it. I have worked my ass off for 3 years...and made progress. I had 42 inch gut when I started training Taekwondo. But damn it's been sllllloooooooowwwwwww. I don't seem to have much fat anywhere but the gut. I've done a zillion crunches & sit ups in the last 3 years. Is there someway to actually target belly fat? Is there something else I can do to speed this up a little? Maybe something other than crunches.
Great log so far Bro!!!! Might want to add in an anti-cortisol (DHEA) for the gut. Stress causes cortisol, and cortisol makes men store fat around the gut. Unreal progress so far though. Stay with it!!!!!
Insane progress, man! You really must be putting in some effort on this. Dosing everyday should do you even better, but you're doing great already! Great work on the recomp. Can't get better than leaning out while gaining muscle.

Thx bro...and yes, I am busting my a$$ in my workouts. This is my 4th day dosing ED. Intensity is unbelievable. If I'm not working out, I'm constantly thinking about it. I'm having to force myself to rest.
Day16 leg day. Actually 2 WOs today. Dosed 2 MMV2 early a.m. Went 7 rounds on heavy bag using boxing drill cd. Good energy & focus. I may add this in on one of my off days during week. I'm doing some serious sweating with this cardio so I've gotta be burning some fat. Dosed 4 in p.m. pwo legs. Hit em hard. 6 hard mins. on stairclimber at high resistance for warm up. DB squats, lunges, single db clean & press, calf raises.
side notes. I have never been a great morning person. Always hit snooze a hundred times then takes forever to wake up. Morning grouch, lol. Since this cycle has kicked in, I'm actually up and feeling refreshed BEFORE the clock goes off! That is a BIG WOW for me!
Day17 is rest day.
Day17 so much for rest day. I worked 10 hrs. & still feeling good when I got home. Went 7 more rnds. on the heavy bag. Here's another pic. Doesn't really do justice, but my abs are just starting to peek thru. LOL, I haven't seen my abs in over 20 years. The energy & drive on this stuff is unreal. There's no quit with this supplement! You were right LG33....6 ED is the ticket bro!

Looking good man. Looks like your getting some vascularity in the shoulders. Is that new? With the energy your describing, your probably burning alot more cals. Thoughts?
Day18. Was supposed to be chest day, but I had to cut my WO short. I had to go back to doc today to get staples removed. So my WO started later than usual. Into my 2nd set of wide push ups, I got a screaming headache. I tried to shake it off, but by my 4th set it was really pounding, plus a slight nausea feeling. So I quit early and ate supper. May have just needed something to eat, cause I feel a little better now. Gonna go to bed early tonight.
Maybe bump your water intake up a littleanything lately?
You don't get any aggressions/irritations on the MMv2?
The A-State has anti cortisol properties yes, man it is ingredients in that stuff

aggressive yes. But not irritable as of yet. The aggression has been more during my WOs. My mood at work has been more of an aggressive confidence.

Day21 171.2 lbs. Actually down a lb from last friday. Not upset about the weight drop, because the drop has to be fat. Muscle is def growing. Still, I think I'm going to up my cals this week. Yesterday was Arm day. Kind of a Light WO hwever as I had to work very late. I'll take one of my rest days, this wkend & make up for it.
Although, I'm not adding pounds as I expected, I am def recomping. So things are going exactly as they should. According to my math, I have about 18 days left on MMV2. I will order A. State & T911 next week! I'm gonna crank it up guys! The best is yet to come!
I will post before & after measurements & pics in 2 weeks, & then again after pct.
