Cfour's LG Sprint...MMV2, AS, & T-911

Day21 171.2 lbs. Actually down a lb from last friday. Not upset about the weight drop, because the drop has to be fat. Muscle is def growing. Still, I think I'm going to up my cals this week. Yesterday was Arm day. Kind of a Light WO hwever as I had to work very late. I'll take one of my rest days, this wkend & make up for it.


Although, I'm not adding pounds as I expected, I am def recomping. So things are going exactly as they should. According to my math, I have about 18 days left on MMV2. I will order A. State & T911 next week! I'm gonna crank it up guys! The best is yet to come!

I will post before & after measurements & pics in 2 weeks, & then again after pct.

def got a recomp going on! which for some folks is very tuff! not you though:)

This was my diet today(see date of the 5th). My diet has been similar to this everyday. I'm eating 6 times per day. 6am, 9 am, 11 am, 2 pm, 5 pm, 7 pm. Any suggestions?
 
ROFL. Kind of embarrassing, but reminds me of where I was. This was me about 4 years ago. I was fatter than that when I started training TKD....lol, can you imagine! I almost quit numerous times. But I sucked it up and stuck it out. Wish I'd have found AM.com 3 years ago.

Day23 weight up since friday. 173lbs a.m. fasted. Dosed 3 pwo & 3 after. Got in good wo this morning. Supposed to have been legs but I decided on chest instead. 4 sets db flies til failure. 3 sets decline db bench & 3 sets incline bench. Then 45 mins on the Bullworker. Gonna hit heavy bag this evening.
 
Pumping Up with the Bullworker! I know it's "Old School"....but I love it. Vein popping pumps with this gem.

Day24 popped outta bed feeling good. Realized I haven't worked much on shoulders & back. Gonna hit that hard today. Light WO this morning on pull up bar. Gonna hit it hard this evening.

Just some mild lower back pain. Not all the time though...no biggie. Overall mood still great. Good focus & energy. I think I'm still losing some on the gut & up a cpl. of lbs. this week.
 
Day24 cont....excellent p.m. workout. Isolated shoulders & traps. Good focus & energy.

Lateral raises with transition straight to front raises. 4 sets.
4 sets standing shoulder press
4 sets seated shoulder press
4 sets shoulder shrugs.

Thanks bro....I'm lovin it. Seeing absolutely no sides with MMV2 & definitely making positive gains. And the LG reps have been right here with me, pushing me along. Great bunch of guys. I'm adding Anadraulic State to my cycle next week! Gonna crank things up some I'm sure!

MAn you are going to LOVE the intensity and strength AS will bring man! Remember to start at maybe hlaf scoop and work your way up, this stuff is STRONG! Also if you feel lik your stomach doesn't like it, take it with a small meal, which helped me. :)

Rested all weekend. Geez I'm tired. Extremely long hours at work. Had to work all day yesterday. Just feeling spent. Today is WO day but I just don't have it in me. I'm gonna rest for the remainder of day and hit hard tomorrow.

I'm back! Started out as fairly lite WO but turned into a$$ kicker. 5 sets on pullup bar. Reps gone way UP!! 5 sets wide perfect pushups...reps way UP!! 45 mins on Bullworker followed by 5 rnds heavy bag. Dosed 2 MMV2 this morning then 4 PWO. I am pumped! More pics after this WO. I hope noone thinks I am vain with all these pics, nothing could be further from the truth. I'm just happy as pig in **** with the changes I'm seeing. I've never seen this kind of progress in such a short time. ANADRAULIC STATE ARRIVES TOMORROW!!! Oh yea....I weighed in at 174.5 lbs this morning......going up baby!:head:

Day32 MMV2, Day1 A. State

4:30am Dosed 2 MMV2, 1/2 serving AS. 5:00am 3 sets wide pullups til failure, 3 sets wide perfect pushups til failure. About a 20 min WO. Nice pump before work.

4:00pm Dosed 4 MMV2, 1/2 serving AS. 5:30pm hit the arms hard.

Standing EZ curl (til failure, no rest straight to) waist push ups (til failure, no rest straight to) Isolated DB curls (each arm til failure) 3 supersets with about 5 mins between each superset.

3 sets skullcrushers til failure
3 sets Tricep kick backs

side notes:
AS is gonna be great. Good energy (mild jitters). Serious pumps. I'm seeing vascularity like I've never had as of late. No stomach issues with AS so far & I dosed on empty stomach. I haven't measured lately but can def see that my Tris are bigger with more definition.

About 8 more days of MMV2...then it's T911 time baby! Looking forward to that. I had good results with it solo. This time it's STACKED with A.State!

I believe u bro! I'm still needing to take more off the midsection and I know from experience T911 can do that. Looking forward to stacking the two. Would it hurt to go ahead & start dosing T911 the last few days of MMV2 or should I hold off til it's completely gone?

no need to , I would hold off and use it for PCT once MMv2 is gone:)

5lbs lean gain with a drop in abdominal measurements, that's awesome man! I've always said mmv2 is the real deal, and most logs report this like yourself. Well done though, 99.9% of this achievement comes down to you man :)

Anadraulic State is Kicking A$$ !! I've got my doses dialed in...1/2 scoop b4 lite morning WO (5:00 am), then another 1/2 serving about 10:00 am at work, then a 1/2 serving PWO on WO days. It is treating me nicely! Energy & focus is through the roof! This stuff is awesome...that simple! I am definitely seeing good strength gains! I start T911 in 2 days!

Great WO today. Mixture of everything...shoulders, chest, arms & legs. I was just feeling it! Hour and a half on the weights. I bet the DOMS will show up tomorrow.

Yea it does leave a funny feeling in my throat.....but I don't care...it's worth it.

AS is great, Ive said it from Day one, prior to repping for for LG..your doing great bud! DOMS is a nice feeling , but it can be tricky, When Im takign in allot of bc+eaa's DOMS just isnt there anymore, so I push myself harder in the gym, but sometimes its not needed..but i say it is! hahaha

Last day of MMV2. I start T911 tomorrow. Any specific protocol for T911 & A.State for PCT, or do I just dose according to instructions?

This was my last day of MMV2, start T911 tomorrow. Another awesome WO this evening. Hit the weights hard with some serious aggression. The A.State will bring it out of you! Ever just zone out during a WO, like it's just you & the iron, not thinking about anything else but digging out more reps. I was there today, totally oblivious to strain or pain, on a mission! Damn I love it when I get like that! Incline bench, incline flies, standing ez curl, skull crushers, reverse flies, shoulder shrugs. Then 3 sets on pull up bar and about 15 mins on Bullworker. The pumps and vascularity have gotten unreal.

A. State & my last 3 MMV2 45 mins. PWO. BC+EAAs with a scoop of Perfect Carb intra WO. I'm loving it guys! :clap2::thumbsup:

Rest day! Gonna relax and enjoy some Television.
