CEL M-TEST

Cutting before the holidays? That's crazy talk. I'll probably start cutting around January 2.
Summer is tomorrow here in NZ so I started a few weeks back and will take a small break over christmas/ new year lol
 
Definitely noticing the M Test boost my libido while on my current cut+studying for finals (which usually kills my libido).
 
I've been taking it on an empty stomach first thing in the am (I do IF from 9pm to 1pm typically) and usually take the pm dose before bed at 10pm. I've not experienced any stomach problems with this method and I'm now on day 5... would there be any benefits to taking it with food?
Also, not sure if it's placebo but my mood/anxiety has already improved in this short space of time. Can't wait to see where this goes!
BTW, I'm 35 and using it on a recomp. However I'm more interested in the libido boost and anti-anxiety than anything else - the rest is just a bonus! ;)

The bottle to says "take with food" so that is what I've been doing....to help with absorption would be my guess why it says that.

I must just be invoking old Riki Iron-Stomach if I'm not getting any issues. Lol. Only thing this guy can't handle is super spicy food...

if it is working well for you I would apply the old slogan of 'if it aint broken don't fix it', lol....however if issues do develop a tspoon of pb works for me!!!

thebigt how are you dosing the M-Test during your run...2 caps 3x/day or as the label states 3 caps 2x/day?
Are you throwing any other "libido" herbs with it?
I have been using everything that's in M-Test individually (minus the nettle and fadogia) plus some additions is why I ask. I need to figure out if doing these individually is cheaper than M-Test or not (probably not cheaper my way).

Another question to you and Libido Emperor Danes (and others please give your thoughts), do you think everything in M-Test is dosed appropriately? I don't like that the TA in M-Test doesn't tell us what the % Eurycomanone, % Glycol Protiens, etc are so I will probably add extra of a TA extract with known %'s. Everything else looks spot on to me, of course, in my humble opinion.

One of these days I'll post the herbs I use and why...so damn busy...
 
I have T-Force Fadogia and it states to take with a meal and that's the way I've been dosing
my 6 caps a day so have I been doing this wrong? I'm just following what the jar states :confused:
I dose all my other herbals for test on an empty stomach with no issues but this stated with food.

By the way I am following along this thread to see how M-Test is working before I snatch up 2 jars
and not more than 2 cause I jumped on a bunch of Olympus Labs LJ 100 a while back and I'm now
on week 10 and I'm NOT that impressed. I've had better effects overall in the past with long jack
100:1 extract at 1000mg a day so I guess I respond better to 100:1 than LJ100. That goes to show
that extracts work differently for EVERYONE.

I mean this is very promising product we have good ingredients and they are dosed pretty good.
It could be some info about TA standardization but thats it.
Shilajit could be dosed little bit higher but not necessary. It is high quality shilajit and the dose is enough combining with other high dosed ingredients
 
I may run one or both of my bottles of this. I'm nearing the end of my bulk and think I'm starting to feel a little lethargic and a little loss of libido (probably from the extra weight) so now might actually be a good time. Being 28 I'm not sure this will do much but I'm willing to try and report back to you guys.
 
Feelin kinda limp.. Don't know if it's because of stress or actual low libido. Might give this a try

before you invest in a test booster.. what are you test levels? Did you get bloodwork done? Are you having medical issues?

I have a vericoceel in my left testicle. I had surgery June 2015. Never been the same since. Supposed to get my blood work done but I'm in the military so all that stuff brakes months. It took me 8 months just to get surgery so god knows how long this will take
 
I jumped on board on M-Test train and ordered 2 bottles, hopefully I got the same exciting results as you guys, looking forward to the sleep the most :)

The label says 6 pills a day, do you guys split them up 3/3 am and pm?

3 caps upon rising with a heaping tspoon of pb/3 about an hour before bed with pb.


if you are taking everything else except for 'nettle' and fadogia you are missing 2 very important ingredients in m-test.
it is because of fadogia that I was so eager to try m-test, and 'nettle' or more appropriately divaniil also plays an important role in the overall package.

I wouldn't get too caught up with the extract of the tongkat....for what it's worth m-test works very well, and I really believe it is much more the fadogia than TA!!!
 
Aight, sounds good...I think I didn't use fadogia before because I didn't know if you have to cycle it...everything I listed are staples for me now...sometimes I might take Sunday off from them but for the most part, staples. I can always throw more TA in and will continue the Butea, HGW, and Astragalus along with other things.

I think butea superba would stack great with m-test....if I were to add anything to m-test it would be butea and or bulbine....save the TA for a separate run, I don't like to run the same stuff all the time, good to mix things up, imo.

I'm still lost on this m-test stuff? Is it a stand alone? Something to get over that plateau?
Works well stand alone, but I can say that for a lot of products as well.

IMO it works best for Improving mood, sleep, well being, libido and gym aggression. It does have human backed data showing improvements in muscle tissue and the extracellular matrix, but I prefer to focus on the other components.

It improves my mood outside the gym so u can better hit the weights inside the gym. I gave a friend whos a competitive power lifter in the <73kg junior class 2 bottles who had been struggling to hit a 140kg Bench Press, and he just nailed a 137.5. Not because M Test increased his strength per se, but it improved his mood and allowed him to focus solely on hitting that weight and get better sleep/ recovery between sessions.

IMO strength is not only mechanical, but also psychological. Improve both, you feel stronger.

Just the Boron Citrate I think decreases estrogen. I am tempted to try it with an anti E product but I'd rather try my first bottle solo anyway. I am going to start this product tonight. Taking my first serving right now.

This is the true reason I bought 2 bottles of this stuff. The reviews are good and the price is cheap but the profile makes it worth it. I don't have to worry about it being an under dosed BS prop blend.

exactly...I would put m-test down as a very good performance enhancer-btw, sleep and mood enhancement are top notch, everyone could benefit from better sleep and a good mood during the holidays, imo.
