Workouts are picking up momentum.

For 10 days that's pretty solid. Diet will def help but no lint of food does anything for libido for me

Have you ever had bloodwork done?
How is your test levels ?
Hormones? Etc

As my food rises my libido goes sky high and as I put on weight everything in my bloodeork improves

Even getting my bloods done 3 weeks out I had everything in check which was awesomw

Folks..
2 weeks post show and squatting 365 again .. Yeah.. Did not dream of that happening at all. Very very proud to see the strength coming back.

Had a big cheat meal last night, ice cream, cheesesteaks, donuts. Went to bed sweating buckets, body temp is real high, and was full of energy and huge pumps this morning. Energy/Libido both were very high this morning (Most likely from the extra food). But damn feel great!

In on this bob. Let's go. You're deciding whether or not I purchase. ;)

I am not a huge advocate of test boosters but when mw1 told me to give this a crack and it would benefit me in the post-contest rebound he was 100% right. This supplement is LEGIT.

Workouts are getting more productive. Moving down to training 4x a week starting next week with a new training mesocycle.
Cardio has been reduced to 2x LISS a week and 2x HIIT. Calories were also bumped yesterday, so the extra food should help with every aspect of M-Test as we are past the halfway mark!

Weight is still below stage weight. Coach is increasing cheat meals to 2x a week, and lowering training frequency to 4x a week and cardio is almost non-existent now

Strength still working on after the long prep, but its slowly coming back

Mood/Libido/Sleep are hands down the best aspects of the product.

Training cut back to 4x a week
Weight is still under show day weight (155.8) and I took a cheat meal yesterday and my weight barley budged.
My body is in full supercompensation mood.

Wait till I post pictures for a final review. You will be shocked at how lean this kept me and how I barley moved in weight, but my body recomped incredibly.

M-Test is the real deal fellas..... Get on this stuff. No joke mw1 was not kidding when he said I would love this product. I 100% fully support it and recommend it, and I am only 3 weeks into the product.

As we wind down The Mood/Libido seem to shine the best. Starting to feel like a human again 3+ Weeks post show now which is good. But food after a long diet is the key premise to that. I have been taking 2 cheats a week and I am still the same weight the day of my show this morning. But much tighter/fuller/leaner.

Strength again, hard to get a lot of that back 3 weeks after a very long diet for over 5 months, but slowly rebounding.

Recomp effect is also a huge aspect of M-Test

How close do you go on the cg presses? I usually stay with my index just inside the knurling but I've seen mixed things about going narrower or wider.

Dude I am 3 weeks post show my daily macros are lower then everyone on here. You all should be eating more than i am. Just don't be a BRO :)






M-Test

Just sent my weekly check in to my coach. So far a little over 3 weeks post show and still floating around stage weight. I am starting to think he is not being aggressive enough in the post-show rebound after how depleted I was (which I think we did overdiet for this show). Should see another caloric increase today. The end of my prep my macros were:

190P - 95C - 40F (WO) and 190P - 40C - 45F (NON) ((All Veggies))
Today they are 200P - 170C - 45F (WO) and 200P - 50C - 80F (NON) ((All Veggies))

I expect another 25g of carbs or so on WO Days and probably another 10-15g of fat non workout days.

I am even throwing in 2 cheats a week and still really maintaining my weight, but my physique continues to recomp and I look better then stage day.

I will upload the final review in a few days here with pictures of before and afters on my run and my final review on everything I experienced and match what the product claims. I will give my honest 2 cents on what the product states and what I felt (which will vary from person to person)

I have to say... This really surprised me. Don't get me wrong a lot of time when you associate Test Boosters to making progress, recomping, or seeing physical changes most of the time its just another OTC supp. CEL really did a good job on making an effective product and something I would purchase in the future. This has helped me greatly in my rebound not only in the mirror, but also in the gym, sleeping, and everyday mood enhancement.

I agree with the test boosting and libido boosting. This was present in the post-show period as I did reverse and had a few kcal bumps. I went from 1400 kcals daily to 1800 kcals daily and 2 cheat meals a week. Libido was much stronger come week ¾ of this run

I would agree with this. My pictures even reflect I have added some size (a small amount in a few weeks). My power, strength, and endurance all went up with really only changing some macros and dropping some cardio. My recomp looked very good while I basically maintained my stage weight but filled out nicely. With libido up, sleep much improved, this was a great way to get into the reverse and keep my frame in check I would highly suggest this for a great run on recomping your body, improving your sleep, slight strength gains, and also a better sense of well being

I have an empty bottle, I have no more capsules to consume or take for the log. Been Dosing 3/3 since day 1 as suggested.
When I get home I can take a pic of the empty bottle or try to find a # on the bottle (lot #) maybe you could see if there was a short? I have had it happen before (not with CEL) with caps in a bottle and also servings (powder) in products.

There's no way that you're the only bottle short and got exactly 20 days worth vs 30. The chances of having 1 or 2 caps extra (20.3 days for example) would be reasonable but to have a perfectly round number seems very sketchy.

I have had a Golden Gains from CL Before that was shorted 5 scoops.
I have also had a test booster before (bioforge) that was over a week shorted in capsules on a run I had before.
 
I've been as much as 7days short before. When they get up in the hundreds of pills I doubt they are all counted. It's just dumped by a machine. Things happen. Sucks man. I'd be ticked if I bought it though.

A powder is understandable since it's dependent on the density and how much you really scoop.

Nobody else has had issues with their bottles.

Im not sure what happened. Steve went to the warehouse last night and open several bottle and weighed over 4 cases with a scale accurate to +- .01mg and they were all fine
Strange maybe just one got through I checked my two both on the dot 180
