So here we are — mid-July, the sun's high, the shirts are off, and I’m feelin’ lighter than I have in years. I’ve dropped about 45 pounds since February 2024, and I’ll tell ya… it feels damn good. But I’m not done yet. I’ve got my sights set on losing another 15–20 pounds by mid-October, just in time for hoodie season and maybe a little victory beach trip with the wife.
The plan? Keep things simple, steady, and dialed in. I’m eating around 2000 to 2200 calories a day, shooting for 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, and keeping carbs between 100 and 125g depending on how hard I hit the weights or the pavement. The rest is filled in with healthy fats and some of the things that keep me feeling human.
Now, I’m adding in a couple new tools: CEL’s Cordarine to give the ol’ engine a little more endurance and burn, and XPG’s Mitoburn Gel, to see if we can melt off some of the tougher, more stubborn bits — the kind that don’t like to budge no matter how many miles you walk.
And hey — the wife’s hopping aboard the Mitoburn train too. She’s lookin’ to knock off 5–10 pounds, mostly for tone and tightness. So I’ll be dropping some updates on how it’s working for her as well. This whole thing is a team effort, even if she’s more of a beach chair girl and I’m the guy running sprints in the sand.

What You’ll Find in This Log:
This log’s gonna be part diary, part experiment, and part food & fitness scrapbook. I’ll be tracking:
So here we go — a little log to keep me honest, stay on track, and maybe help someone else down the line. Let’s see what Cordarine and Mitoburn can really do when the breeze is blowin’ right.

This log’s gonna be part diary, part experiment, and part food & fitness scrapbook. I’ll be tracking:
- Daily eats and macros (with some pics if the lighting behaves)
- Supplement schedule and thoughts
- Workout sessions — strength, cardio, and anything in between
- Progress notes — energy, cravings, mood, sleep
- Maybe even body pics along the way if I can keep the lighting from making me look like I live under a pier
So here we go — a little log to keep me honest, stay on track, and maybe help someone else down the line. Let’s see what Cordarine and Mitoburn can really do when the breeze is blowin’ right.
