I remember their site expired once before, and they got it back up a few days later. I think they just forgot to renew. Maybe Chainsaw knows (Their rep)
Yes the site is still active. As far as contacting them, meaning the owner Jesse. I have a hard time getting ahold of him, your chance is about as good as mine. I think he lets the company run itself he stays away from the forums.
