Wow Tyga! Looking good good man. Cheeks look so lean from normal lol Back looks really good in that rear spread.
 
And bcazo you can definitely see a shrink in the belly, as well as the upper chest looking tigher in that side shot for sure. Very noticeable changes boss.

Well they lumped the classes together, forgot to mention that. I was suppose to be in lightweight (cut off was 154.75) but they put up to 165.75 in my class. It was a small show, first year first venue only 25 competitors overall.

Out of the four (two were 165- right at the cut off then one guy was 154, right at the cut off for light weight.

Long story short I got 3rd out of four. Bummer. But it is what it is.

First off you got nothing to be bummed about!! The transformation u accomplished was awesome.. Unless your going for your Pro card who gives a ish!!! If I can get anywhere near your results I'd be so proud I'd walk around in speedos all day every day!! Lol
 
Tyga, I thought that dude in the black trunks 2 down from you (on your left) in the first pic seemed considerably bigger - this all makes more sense now. You looked leaner than him in the pics, but he wasn't far behind, & with that size there's no way they would ignore that.

Can't be unhappy losing to guys competing in heavier weightclasses lol

And EatMoar yeah he's doing 60 epi & 300 furaz/day until he switches to Reaper DNA (which is 80 epi, the furaz, & more goodies).
 
No need to be bummed about your placing dude. Take what the judges told you, fix it and come in 10x better next time. You still looked pretty damn solid. Just eat lift and grow like usual now man.
 
So my coach has completely changed my diet, went from just hitting certain #'s each day to a very specific daily diet.. Only issue I have is he wants me to eat avocados and I can't stand them!!!:crazy: I even tried mixing it with different things and it makes me want to gag... We are going to have to come up with something different cause I'm a very plain picky eater..

Put them in a smoothie you can't taste them then. Just put in with your fav protein powder, Ice and maybe some fruit if macros allow.

Thanks maybe add some blueberries :) I really think it's the texture of it that bothers me.. I'll give it a try thanks!!!
 
I am a guacamole fan, made into salads is fairly simple and i add in hot peppers which gives mist of the flavour, or just guac on a sandwich/whatever is in your diet.

I'm going to be back in the gym tomorrow afternoon and back into the diet as well. Haven't touched a weight since last Wednesday (if were not counting the pump ups for pre judging and the night show)

Update:

Day 4 of this run and I have to say it truly is amazing the results u can see with the proper diet!! Coach has changed things up and that combination with the PH cycle has me seeing results already.. I'm just going to say that if you were like is was thinking you were eating right cause your having grilled chicken and low carbs your probably eating wrong.. What I've learned with this time having a coach is invaluable, if I would have done this years ago I couldn't imagine what I'd look like today and all the money I would have saved.. This has been worth every penny so guys same your money on Supps and hire a coach... You won't regret it..

Food porn: meal 2 - 8oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup black beans, Walden's BBQ sauce

Holy fcking carbs. I want your coach. Damn 1c rice AND black beans. Sounds like heaven.

I totally agree! I used to hate carbs because I always thought my body couldnt handle them so I would eat more fat to compensate. When I attempted my cut, in the beginning this time, I did the same thing low carb, high fat and protein, and found I was bloating out and not leaning out like I wanted. Dropped the fat, upped the carbs and higher protein and boom results.

Yeah, timing is more important than quantity.

I usually load mine from 12-5pm and go carbless thereafter. Kinda get both dichotomies in one day - low carb vs low fat.

I also am toggling between low carb M-Th and then low fat + IF Friday - Sun. My body will never get comfortable lol.

This is exactly what he has me doing... :)

I like loading carbs morning to 4pm then nothing after that. Works well fooooshoo
 
I like loading my carbs all day, pre, & post workout..... #foreverbulking

lol but seriously mon-fri at work first meal is 8oz egg whites+27g isolate+1tbsp coconut oil, then bring carbs in at 9:30am at meal 2 thru rest of day. I prefer frontloading over meals 2-5 vs backloading, personally, if I was to cut. Just as far as strength seems to go in the gym.
