My carbs were 25g yestarday lol with two cardio sessions, 30min HIIT am, 45min MISS last night.

I work in a hangar so I'm out of the sun but work in the heat, & honestly when it gets hot like this it's the best possible scenario, as hunger seems to curb a tad when it gets so muggy.

Dead I'm excited for. Since only my 523 counted last time I stand a very strong chance to set a meet PR. Squat is definitely not happening (no way I can squat 463 atm, let alone more) - I'll find out tomorrow what kind of numbers I'm playing with. Bench is gonna be 270-290 range. 281 was my max last time. Hopefully I'll get an idea for that with Sbeezy next week.

I've been having wild success in the past 4 weeks of cutting myself, but I'm also still eating 175-225g carbs daily, lol.

I've gone from 14% BF to about 11-11.5% in 4 weeks. No loss in strength or stamina. I cant say enough about using IF diet toggled with carbless PWO and low fat dieting. I've done 4 sessions of cardio in total, lol.

I highly recommend Albuterol, peptides and toggling IF dieting with carbless windows and low fat consumption in the presence of heavy carbs.
 
I personally like met con for cardio, but there's a lot of schools of thought on it.

My cut has been pretty effective. Current macros are 2906 cals, 50% protein, 33% carb, 17% fat.


currently cutting on 350g of carbs crew checking in :)

i find the best solution for me, and this is thus far, has been IF, carb heavy post workout, carb moderate, then a small pro / fat meal before bed

got that refeed tomorrow too, cannot wait!

what do you guys recommend in terms of cardio, LISS or HIIT? I do one HIIT session for 15 minutes year round, but when i stall and start to add cardio, wondering what route to go
 
I'm all about less than 10% fats on most days, although once a week I'll bust 20%.

I use MCT's as often as my stomach can handle and when I do cardio, I do HIIT only. LISS is something I'd do for the last 3-4 weeks out from a show.

Protein between 1 - 1.25g per lb of mass.

Btw, Agmatine Sulfate + Potassium nitrate + caffeine is as good as a pre workout gets. Tried it today. Was remarkable.

Weighted vest walks are good for LISS.

I've dropped 11 lb in 3 weeks (but a huge portion was dumping muscle glycogen and water from my recent cycle)

I've found that u can toggle low fat and low carb diets throughout the week to avoid the symptoms of low EFA's. For instance, low fat throughout the week or on training days and low carb on weekends or non-training days to get those essential EFA's in. But 11lbs in 3 weeks is good man. I went from 174 to 165-166lbs (AM weigh in) in 4 weeks so far and havent lost hardly any muscle glycogen thus far. I'm finally spitting distance away from a pre-contest look.
 
I think I'm giving the wrong impression - I usually eat 100-150g carbs on off-days atm, & prob 250 on workout days. Fats are whatever I get from a tbsp of coconut oil every morning, olive oil on the multiple salads I have, some peanut or almond butter if I want it, & animal fats (whole eggs only on off-days right now). Protein is 2-300. I don't really worry about it. At this point I just need to not gain any weight. I actually don't really wanna lose any more - if my true weight sans depletion but not fully loaded is 203-204 right now I can definitely shave 6lbs of water before weigh-in. The heavier I am before the depletion, heavier I'll be on the platform after I've reloaded, which means I've got more weight for inertia.

Lol I got a spare bottle or two as well.. Now that the fats coming off quite readily I may use it though.
 
Tyga, up the Ostarine and get some T3 bud. You aint gotta kill urself to get it off bud. 20-40mcg/day of T3 will do. Btw, u look a solid 2-3% leaner than before. Legs are still gonna be ur showcase it seems.
Appreciate it boss. I'm going to throw hormones in lol I dropped the osta, I'm cycling clen. I'm either going with halo 50/50/50/50 and epi 45/45/60/60 or another stack, but that's up to someone else lol ;)

Reaper is a reallllly nice otc pre-contest stack, profile-wise & anecdotally. This opinion coming from a non-competitor, but darnit I like hormones & I have an opinion like everybody else!
 
Reaper is sick!!! Dragons Blood is the next step for the best cutter. Tyga, waiting on boss to get back to me for your stack!
