caz and tygas ongoing log.. and w/e we decide to use.

@tyga, sounds like you have made a reasonable diagnosis. That is what mine feel like. One thing the will really help with that is before you even put your foot on the floor straighten your legs and dorsally flex your feet and hold it. This will stretch the fascia and get it to start releasing before you put weight on it while it is still shortened and inflamed. Sure rolling them helps keep it from happening but while it still is that will help make the first serveral steps much easier on your. Also looking into some arch support. Makes a big difference. When no arch support your feet will often splay out flattening the arch out some under the weight. When it does it can cause microtrauma to the fascia which makes it worse. Using some form of arch support will often alleviate a lot of that. I have been dealing with P F for a couple years now and these things make it much better and or go away for a while.

Day 3 - Chest and Bi's

All I can say is DOMS! DOMS! DOMS!! holy crap I am sore.. LOL Banged out a nice little bro day session, my second chest workout since taking time off and still no shoulder pain!! YEAH :arms: I still took it easy and I'm only pushing myself about 65% and feel great. I've been working on my bench press form and found that I've been letting my elbows out too wide which was putting tons of strain on my shoulders.. Keeping my elbows tucked more and feel much better. I also started measuring my water intake and damn a gallon of water isn't that easy to drink, but I've done it 2 days in a row now. Not much to report on yet but I do feel a little more swollen..

NONE Stupid Crazy DOMS!!! LOL
I take a 1/2 gallon squirt jug to the gym with me in the AM. I force myself to finish the 1/2 gallon before I leave the house for work. Then will have a couple quarts while at work, at least one then have another 32-64 oz once I get home. However forcing the 1/2 gallon around the gym makes it much easier for me to get my gallon minimum in. Normally I shoot for 1.5 gallons but as long as i get a gallon I am okay.
 
I just carry a gallon milk jug of water around with me all day. I put a packet of crystal lite (zero cal and zero sodium)or generic brand in it to make it easier to get it all down
 
I think it was Distilled Water, but somebody on AM said they do the Crystal Lite thing along w/ scoops of EBF's Metabolic Powder to basically sip Garcinia throughout the day whenever they're cutting/recomping.

I know I feel a lot better if I force myself to shotgun 24oz or so as soon as I get up in the morning before work. Just feel stronger & more able, more energized. I take my shaker w/ my meal #1 shake in the car, drink in on the way in, clean out my shaker in the breakroom before I clock in & fill it w/ h2o. I slam 20+oz minimum between every break, usually more, so I get 20+ w/ meal #1, half a gal at work, & another half a gal at the gym/thru the evening usually. Often more.
 
Yestarday I hit back.

Session was good, nothing out of the ordinary. Still pyramiding most of my sets, adequate rest sippin my bcaas intra.

Did pull 335x2 belt-less yestarday. Haven't pulled heavy singles since that 455 lol been doing A LOT of snatch grip deads and some sumos here and there.

Day 4: Shoulders & Tri's

This was Fridays workout... Only had and hour since the gym closes early but got a good session in. Still no negative sides to report and 4 days in a row will a gallon or more of water :) DOMS have gotten a lot better and I'll start cardio next week. A main goal is going to be adding size to my legs.. I'm going to hit up one leg exercise everyday as well as a full leg day.. One side note is that my mood has been very positives and normally I do get on edge so I'm not complaining..

- taste was spot on. However it left a weird burning/itching on the back of my tung.

Mix ability: 8/10
- it mixed but there was gritty particles at the bottom that I had to swirl to keep it mixed in.

Pump 10/10
Idk what it was tonight, I didn't even drink near enough water throughout the day, for me to have that good of a pump. Confidently say, it came from the product.

Now onto the workout.

My ego got ahold of me on national chest day (mainly because the owner of the gym was lifting with me and the dude is a beast)

Flat bench- 135x10, 8 185x4 205x4 225x4 230x3 245x2 225x6

That was it. I had super pump goin. Chest was stupid full, triceps were ballooned up. So, I'd say it was successful.

Would I use cannibal swole again? HELL yes.

hopefully you do. So far I'm diggin what they got out. I used there stim, non stim pre and there mind noot. ALL of them are effective. Really like the noot, will need to cop me a bottle

I'm thinking of getting into the business of making gym apparel. Mainly tanks, string tanks, some shorts and standard t-shirts and short v neck shirts. What price range would you all spend on QUALITY shirts/tanks?

The designs I have brainstormed are sickly (I think)

Going to produce a small quantity the first go around to see if they sell.
 
$20 all day. After that I really start to think about it. More for you obv, but if I didn't know you I'd be a lot slower above $20.

Quality shít I pay good money for. People wonder why I spend 20-30 on a single pair of undies or socks. I'll tell you why... they last. I have shít thats 7 yrs old I still use weekly. For some good shorts and shirts I expect them to last at least a year or two... Just my $ .02

I think it's a great idea, I've considered it myself as well. My best friends family owns a printing company so they would do all the apparel. I was thinking the $20 range, like $20-$30.

I second the 20-30 range!! The fit has to be right though. I'm usually an XL and a lot of companies stuff is too long.. Hit me up when ready I'm your first customer:)

So, I've been absent from the log... I'm still lifting BUT, last Saturday I was dead lifting and a pop happened about 3/4 the way up (l4-l5 I'm assuming). Dropped the weight immediately.

Rest of the day, I was in pain. I didn't break out in sweats or almost black out so I don't THINK I herniated a disc, may have slipped one though? It's better-ish now, about 70%. Going to see the chiropractor, then the doc.

For the believers in this log, would appreciate some prayer! This can't set me back from my show!

Good luck and feel better man. Let us know what they give you as far as diagnosis. I would guess you slipped posteriorly so you want to avoid flexion. I wouldn't do anything til we know for sure. Also focus on good posture right now. Will pray or ya man.
