It's going great! Tomorrow I'll be hanging drywall, had the post and beam sistered this week. I had to move my heat trunk in the ceiling which required me to make my own connection from scratch.. :) all boxes and wires are run for outlets too.. If I'm lucky by the end of the weekend I'll be ready to paint.. Then drop ceiling lights and carpet !!

Bb wrist curl- 15x11x4 straight sets
Donkey calf- 220x12x4 straight sets (exaggerate stretch and contraction)
Sumo leg press- 180x17 press thru heels
Hack squat- 90x8
widow maker- 45x20

The combo of ArA, glycer grow and the 81mg aspirin had me SWEATING. Idk if it was a one time ordeal or if this will be on going. Anyways, I had a gnarly pump in my biceps and quads, hope this only intensifies as the cycle goes on.

Very nice! I'll be using it in my next pct, can't wait!!!!

I'm stoked; gonna stay on with 5/3/1 programming for bench squat & military press but dropping deadlift in place of rackpulls at 5-6 sets of 5 to increase size development thru all those muscles & give my old back injury some relief. Miltary Press/Shoulders & Tris, Rackpulls/Back, Benchpress/Chest & Bis, Squat/Legs will be the rotation, prob 2 on 1 off.
Did I mention my tren e and test c is in....Both delts :-D

Ara has had my interest for a while let me know how you like it.

Hope I don't sweat my ass off like Tyga just did; we'll both find out over the next couple months!

LMAO I've managed Not to gain any weight and my should feels like new.. I really miss the gym so I may start going 2-3 days a week.. I also have too many supps begging me to take them!! Lol

If I build a man cave it becomes the place that used to be my man cave. I clean my garage gym then we buy stuff and old stuff fills my gym. WTF!!! Can't win I am telling you!

So far I've only worked out twice while on it.. Doggcrapp and its rotation dang it lol

I've been mildly sore, more than usual I should say. Joints are good, I was sweating like crazy for my leg sesh (core temp was elevated as well)

Incline tri ext- 30x27 rest pause (lbs per side)
Lat pull down- 160x13 + 10-15 sec contraction at the bottom

The pump was unreal, strength is great. My core temperature was up again as well.

Tomorrow's an off day AND I have class tomorrow! Excited and nervous at the same time.
