We hung the drywall, painted, laid the tile, built the custom pole, built the soffit the bring the roof down over the ducts.. List goes on lol

Impressive to say the least.

Looks awesome tyga!! That's what I'm shooting for.. Just bought all the electrical stuff and I have sheet rock being delivered tomorrow.. I'm also having a support post moved and the guy is holding me up was coming tomorrow but canceled for Monday..

Use the paper tape for seaming the drywall! Mesh sucks BALLZ.

Reverse cable curl- 50x12x4(straight sets)
Seated calf raise- 10x12x4 (exaggerate the stretch/contraction)
Seated leg curl- 130x30 (rest pause)
Leg press- 470x8 100x15 (throbbing headache again!!!!)

Yea I love doggcrapp thus far! These weird, nauseating, throbbing headaches I get are killing my widow makers... I know I could of got my 20 reps!

Check your bp. I get those nasty headaches when my bp is jacked and working hard.

This. Only thing worse when you have high bp for me was legpresses like you're doing. Good way to diagnose it though lol.

I only noticed my high bp doing big compounds like that.

DC is fun. It'll get you STRONG.
 
Nice work so far on the build Caz, Tyga that basement looks amazing! DC is awesome for both strength and size, definitely check on the BP. Get some 78mg aspirin and it will drop it fast if that is the problem.

I'm changing that ISO bench to decline bench rest pause. Need to add mass to my lower pecs to fill them out..

Huperzine A 100mcg 3x daily - whenever am/lunch/pm doesn't matter since half life is 288 minutes lol

That is all. When I get my xfactor and glycergrow in, I'll drop the fish oil add in a baby aspirin with the glycergrow pre workout and keep my cordycep blend pre workout as well.

Also, tell me about this cold man. On the IL side of STL it was -8 at work yesterday morning & -30 windchill. We got 13 inches here, 11-16 in this area sounds like. My awd car wouldn't start it got so cold, so fat lot of help that was hahaha.

Why the liv52 right now btw?

BALLZ. Yea yesterday was -36 here with the wind chill. Too cold. I think we got about 8-10in of snow.

The shoes were actually a friend of mines. There not new, and his wife bought him them off rouge fitness for like $70-80 bucks on some sale they had. Dude has a couple pair of oly shoes so he just threw those in our locker for me.

Oh if I was in your shoes I'd be fine with Hemavol - it's a fantastic product; works well, mixes well, tastes great, did I mention it works well? Only downside is cost for me; I can build a better mousetrap for cheaper. But if it's a reward, now you're talkin'!

I downed my glycer grow, X factor (1.5g ArA/ six caps) 81mg aspirin and went to town! Everything, I mean EVERYTHING was lighter. I see this DC training working pretty well in my favor :)
