Well she knew exactly what it was too. LMAO, I find myself sitting and watching Disney stuff and wondering why I haven't walked away... The movies are great but the shows not always. Still I find myself watching and knowing what is going on. LOL

Used my sleeves last night. Best thing since sliced bread. So much stability, and they gave me better confidence on squatting deeper! Should've videoed my doubles last night .. 295x2 oly style ;)

Even Hyde would've been proud of this depth lol

I dont think you have to worry about that. You have been in beast mode this past year.

I am trying to break my old 550 deadlift though. Started doing them again 3 weeks ago and it has not been pretty.

Giving peptides a run again.. Except this will be for a extended period of time..

CJC w/DAC 1mg a week (for now) split 500mcg Monday and Thursday
GHRP 2 200mcg 3x a day (am/ post workout and pre bed)

Just stuck myself with 500mcg DAC and 200mcg GHRP 2. Night night lol

I heard and felt my L elbow pop last night something fierce and my R knee has been bothering me too much. I only have wraps and one cheap knee sleeve. I may just look into picking up a set of knee and elbow sleeves finally

Catdiesel: I'm coming off in like 2 days, so now is your time - although I got some tricks for PCT, so I might get even stronger with a little luck & good programming.

Tyga: Excited for the peps - go HAM on that pull tonight. Do it first after you warm up, minimize volume before it, prioritize the lift, & do NOT stop pulling. After this PR tonight, take a few weeks off trying to PR to give the CNS time to recover. You'll slow your progress if you continue to pull full maximally. So make this attempt count, because it's the last one you should make for a few weeks at least.

Everyone else - hope you all had blessed Thanksgivings with people that care about you. Gotta eat & rest to grow!
 
Sucks that all these Black Friday sales are now. The cold weather killed off or comatosed all the bees in a HoneyBee Hive in my attic. I guess the honey comb burst from the change in temperature so now I have honey dripping out of the light switch in my bedroom. Waiting for a Bee Removal guy to come out and give me a quote. I know it wont be cheap last time cost me $800 to have them removed... Making Christmas for the kids much harder than it needs to be... That means no spending on myself at all...

Update:

I haven't had any updates cause I took a week off from the gym.. I caught a little cold at the beginning of the week and with the holiday I just wrote the week off.. I hit the gym today and did back, chest, and arms.. The pump I had was ridiculous, definitely feeling on and 3 hours later I'm still pumped!! I'm loving these SARMS, currently 6 weeks in on osta and 2 weeks with LGD.. As for sides I feel none absolutely zero bad effects and I don't feel shut down at all. If anything my libido is higher than normal. I bought more LGD and some S4 yesterday so here is my plan.. I'm thinking a 12 week run, by week 8 Osta will be finished and I'll continue lgd and bring in S4 for the last 4 weeks :) Anyone think this is a bad idea?? tyga tyga what you think?? For those who have not tried SARM I'm fully enjoying it guys..

That would work. Although, only thing you're probably getting from the osta at this point is the joint soothing. The LGD and osta compete I believe.. But, s4 and LGD would be a sick Sarm stack!

Well my joints feel great so I'll take it. Shoulder is feeling great too.. I'm excited to add S4 just hope the visions sides aren't too bad.. What dose for the S4 tyga??

If start at 50mg 30-45mins pre workout (half life is just over four hours) then bump up to 75-100mg

IIFYM lol its funny, I use to live by "moderation" is key.. And I've some how made it back to this. Some say the diet is just relative (IIFYM) but, in all actuality a lot of people probably diet in this sense without even knowing it.

Any how, tomorrow is shoulders and triceps.. See if we can get dem boyz blow'd up :)

Sarms are legit stuff I need to look into LDG and S4 more. I have only tried TB4 and it is a godsend for joints

I bet you'll see LDG recommended more often now for anyone wanting to venture in the ph/ds game. Sarms are relatively safe (from the minimal clinical's and the fact ostarine is almost through its third phase before big pharma starts selling it)
 
Incorporated 'delt destroyers' into my shoulder routine.. Golly them suckers are in there own league! I like it though! Had my rear delts so stinkin full it was bananas.
