My lunch rotates between either 5oz steak and 200g sweet potato or 5oz 90/10 hamburger (cheese, mayo, bun) and green beans. All my other meals stay the same... For the most part.

I'll get a picture tomorrow :)

Banged out solid chest session tonight. I've moved out of the pyramid sets I was doing, and transitioned back into heavy sets, longer rest and more volume. I've began to accumulate some fat, so I may incorporate some cardio as well.. Guess that's what happens when I consume 3-3200 kcals day in and day out lol

Db incline- 4 sets, last set was 80x5
Flat bench- 4 sets, third set was 235x2 followed with a drop set of 135x12
Decline bench- single rest pause set (155x8+7+6)
Cable flys- 4 sets of twelve

Need to start posting my food again... Haven't done that in a while. So far haven't noticed much from the anabeta, maybe a slight increase in hunger.

What week is this for you with the Anabeta?

Quick update: Stepped on the scale today, 8 days ago I weighted in at 221.. This morning 4 days in on my cut stack and weighted in at..... ???? 215.5!!!! Holy ish that's 5.5lbs... I know I felt light but no way did I think that much can off... This is going to be good!!!

Thats a lot, did you just lower carbs a lot?

I know!! Diet has been the same just eating less due to the lack of appetite.. So less calories and the massive amount of cardio and core work have really made the difference.. I went from 20 mins of cardio to now doing an hour and 15 mins of cardio/core work and about 20 mins of lifting due to my shoulder rehab..

Wow that is pretty intense. Are you doing any flexing or anything to keep the muscles from atrophying in your upper body?

I'm doing lite weight training on my legs, arms and back. My shoulders I've been stretching an just started some band work.

Sounds good. Keep that mobility up and increase circulation.

How did you prepare those sweet taters in a toaster oven or something?

Day 5 Today I did my core routine, hit some arms and then on to cardio. Like I said yesterday down 5.5lbs and I believe its all from my waist, pants are fitting very lose today and I'm almost ready to move another notch on my belt :) I took before pics of my waist and I can see a difference in the mirror already. Shoulder is about 75% better, I'm shooting for Dec.1 to be able to lift hard again. I forgot how much I love Ephedrine, it makes cardio so much easier for me and my breathing is greatly improved. I've been wearing a Mcdavid thinning belt and I really like the added back support and it makes my core sweat especially since I apply Eviscerate before I put it on ;) I can only imagine how thin my waist line will get in 3 weeks from now..
Core
I did 4 sets of a 3 minute circuit of 4 exercises, then in between sets I pushed a prowlers loaded with 4 plates 2 times around the Basketball court..
Bi's
DB curls 35's x14x 3 sets
Hammer strength preacher curls 90x14x 3 sets

Tri's
V bar cable push downs 95x14x3 sets
Cable kick backs 25x14x3 sets

Cardio
Elliptical: 20 mins / level 9 / 2.3 miles Stationary Bike: 25 mins / level 11 / 8.9 miles

75% healed, almost there caz!

6% bf here you come!

Well if you can get to 10% you can get to 6% just a lil longer dieting. If not in a race you could do it with a free meal every week too.

Weekend update:

Weekends have been off days for me but I got a chance to hit the gym Sunday morning.. Decided to test the shoulder and hit up some lite chest and arms.. Well the shoulder is not ready started with some DB flat bench with 45's which is very lite, and still feeling some pain.. Also did some cable fly's which didn't feel to bad at all, so it's healing just not there yet.. :( I'll continue killing my core and cardio cause it's thinning my waist line like crazy... But man I really miss the pump from lifting..

Sucks to hear man. Better to let it rest. Also, for me at least, DB bench actually irritates my shoulder more than barbell. I don't like machines but the Hammer Strength bench is also very easy on the shoulder. Probably best to let it rest for a while but just some ideas.

The good news is that you will be surprised at how much your chest will maintain as long as you are lifting everything else still. I haven't had a full on chest workout in 2 years but mine has maintained pretty well thankfully

^^^ food porn!!! LOL What's the random pill up top??
I didn't even see that in the picture lol it's capped psyllium husk
Lol that's it? You need more steak than that bro
Lolz my man from Brooklyn!

that's sucks to read. But, when it's all said and done, you'll be glad you took the time to heal!

Tyga, I am with you. I am seeing my abs fade out to just a shadow at this point. Trying not to overreact and go all time to cut. Yet, with the injury I had keeping me from lifting and cardio the amount of cals I was taking in was way too much. So I know exactly how your feeling on the softening up to much.

not anymore!!! lol You and I are going to weight the same too if I don't get lifting soon... LOL
Lol

It's driving me NUTS. Last week my wife says to me, "honey, your underwear doesn't fit you like they use to" then proceeds to grab my love handles and say "it's these" lol she's lucky she's hot and were married lol

Lol

My brother-in-law did the same thing to me last week. Not in my underwear but in my shorts. He walked up and grabbed the little bit of fat on my lower back and gave it a shake. The wife warned him off quickly. She was like "UHM... don't do that you are gonna piss of the bear. "

Alright guy's I had enough last night and decided it's time to lift again.. I'm going to take my time, and see what movements I can and can't do. Hit back last night and during the workout I notice zero pain or discomfort so I feel all pulling exercises should be fine.. It just felt soo good to pickup the iron again I've missed it a lot. Tonight I'll hit up legs to give the upper body a break, like I said I'm trying to go easy.. LOL

20 mins of various movements, planks, leg raisers, crunches ect....

Yeah buddy! Get it Caz!

As for the bulking thing: I've def got less definition, although it actually happened over the 2wks I got sick (I didn't train for like 8-10 days!) despite altering my diet to account for lack of activity (cut tons of carbs & effectively cals but kept protein high/fats moderate). And starting a bulking cycle hasn't helped - it's not a ton of fat, but I was right at the point between seeing outlines & now just my core sticks out but it's totally flat. The gf was supportive when I was freaking out - she was like, Babe, it's fine - you're bulking up! Just make sure you trim it later in spring lol

Legs

Wow I lifted 2 days in a row!!! LOL Took it easy again, slowly going to ease my lifts back in, legs are kind of sore today. This time off from lifting has got me thinking about the way I workout.. I've been enjoying the added core work and cardio which is leaning me out nicely. I'm thinking of reducing the amount of lifts I do and going with a hour of cardio and core work with 30mins of lifting 5 days a week or, 3 days lifting and 2 days cardio core.. It's all still up in the air so let me know what you guy's thinks. I do realize that my joints just can't handle 5 days of crushing weights in a row, my body is just not recovering like it use too.. On the supplement note: just added in Osta rx, I have 2 bottles so I'm either running 8 weeks at 3 a day or going with 4 a day for 6 weeks? Also going to put the Formastane on hold and start it back up at the end of the Osta rx for a lite PCT..

Take the formestane now - it's steroidal in nature, & thus suppressive. The ostarine isn't steroidal, but it does bind to the Androgen Receptors and seems to cause light suppression in time. It will technically compete for AR sites with the formestane but this is negligible IMHO. But ostarine bugs some people's gyno, so all the more reason to run the formestane & curtail any potential issues. But whether you take the formestane now, do NOT take it in/as a PCT as it will have the opposite desired effect.

I was always under the impression that low dose forma was not suppressive (half dose) only AI at that dose. I agree that the full dose can be slightly surpressive and I do feel a good hardening from it..

It is. It's only suppressive in excess amounts (won't convert to hydroxy test unless you're putting ample, I mean ample amounts on at one time- 10+ pumps)

I'm saying that it's counteractive to recovery. It's gonna be totally fine, I just meant that if you really want to upregulate your natty production go with arimistane (erase, nolvadren, etc) or something natty. Arimistane will definitely harden you up if you dose it high enough. Finaflex suggests up to 200mg/ed right on their Revolution PCT bottle, & I've used that for a short spell. Just have to watch your joints.

Would an AI even be necessary for an Ostarine PCT? Im not versed on the stuff but I figured a serm would be more than enough for pct because I doubt there is a bunch of estro rebound from it.
