That's right I got to the gym on the weekend!!! Smashed out a great session, as I said earlier took a little too much Game day but it had me hammering my sets

I felt strong and my body is responding great to this 6-12-25 routine, I feel like I'm adding size... Also I think I'm sold on PF3 protein, my recovery has been awesome and zero stomach issues compared to most others that do effect me.. I stopped all other protein shakes and have only been using 1 scoop post work, but I just got another container and may try 2 scoops and see if I notice any difference.. Chest tonight!!!
