I unfortunately didn't get to try Stimul-8 before I left but everyone else really loved it.

I like the Animal stuff a lot of people don't seem to buy into them but they make some pretty legit stuff. I really like the Animal Flex. I can not remember if I ever tried Hemavol or not.

Animal flex is LEGIT, Used it a few times...

I really like animals line too, my next post cycle therapy is going to have animal test in it lol wanna give it a shot

Arms looking GOOD bro - you shorter guys always seem to get the luck with that tho. My buddy in the army is 5'7'' & his pipes are hyoooge. Traps still quite full!

Squats are still a bit high - I agree with everything Mr. Kleen said! I think for muscular development you're getting a pretty good hit, but if you really wanna smoke every available fiber I'd go all the way. Sit back, spread the knees, & elbows under bar/chest up - that's what I think as I start my descent after I take my air. Your height right now is about where I'd do a highbox squat from.

Another thing to consider is if you're legpressing often you don't have to be scared to cut some weight on the bar to squat deeper - most people don't get that deep on leg presses, & subsequently get a lot of weight on the quads - in other words, even though deep squatting is posterior dominant, you can follow it with an anterior dominant legpress to keep mass gains more even.

To make the pump even worst I added in Max Pump 4 days ago and last night the pump it!!! My muscles where so pumped for the routine and Max Pump that my arm were shaking on the last set.. Arms on tap tonight!!!

You digging the betaine nitrate?? It's been treating me well, no doubt.

My deal with Animal is that everything is so over-priced vs. the competition. Not that the products aren't useful, but for example - the animal pak is nearly a dollar/day for a premium multi supplement - orange triad can be had from some retailers for like 25/bottle, & it includes an efficacious joint support!

Used their Animal Pump before, but it was only so-so. Heard Rage tastes like roadkill, but never tried it.
 
Yeah Animal has some soso products too but if you need something for joints it is one of my go to supps, that and Achilles. I have tried only a few other products from them never had a bad product. However Animal Flex is my favorite thing they have and it is 40 days worth for about $22-28 depending on where you pick it up. I really like it for any time I am running something that dries you out because it has hyaluronic acid, which is what synnovial fluid is created from as well as helping with collagen production in the rest of your connective tissue. That and bromelain, which is awesome stuff. Then of course all of the regular stuff in all the joint supps.

Happy Belated to the Wife and good to hear on the kiddo. My daughter had tubes in her ears too but hers fell out about 6 months after and she didn't need them anymore thank goodness. He looks like he is gonna have some thickness to him like his Daddy!

Nice work on the 195x6 on seated shoulder press. I have a really hard time doing them seated but we don't have a good shoulder press station so I do everything standing.

Lat pull down superset with CG lat pull down - four sets of 12/10
Iso underhand row superset with seated wide row- three sets of 12

had a pretty nasty pump going. Can't say I feel any different with the m stack yet but it's only been about six days.

Tomorrow is shoulders and triceps.

Agreed. Get ready to sweat your ass off with that Game Day - it gave me a pretty fierce drive to keep going, even when I sustained a wrist injury on it. Just kept plowing like my wrist wasn't throbbing (still have pain from over half a year ago, a true injury). That's not remotely the Game Day's fault for my poor judgment/stubbornness, but it was pretty potent stuff. You'll notice a boost for sure.

I've been using game day for a about 10 days and I like it.. Very good energy and focus at one level scoop.. I worked out today in the morning for a change and tried a heaping scoop.. Not doing that again had me shaking a little at one point :) lol
 
Can't agree more, 1 level scoop is great, my sweet spot is 3/4 scoop. Perfect energy, not cracked out and great focus

I found the exact same dosing perfect for me. 3/4 was it most of the time, & never over 1 level. Tried the heaper like everyone else, & was like Oh man too much of a good thing! :slap:

Smashed out a great session, as I said earlier took a little too much Game day but it had me hammering my sets :) I felt strong and my body is responding great to this 6-12-25 routine, I feel like I'm adding size... Also I think I'm sold on PF3 protein, my recovery has been awesome and zero stomach issues compared to most others that do effect me.. I stopped all other protein shakes and have only been using 1 scoop post work, but I just got another container and may try 2 scoops and see if I notice any difference.. Chest tonight!!!
